“I Want to Become Rich and Make People Happy” if these are your word change them immediately.
Yesterday, a former assistant professor said something to me on a Zoom call that millions silently feel but never admit:
“I want to become rich and make people happy.”
He said this with a ₹35 lakh housing loan, ₹50–60K monthly expenses, and just 8 months of savings left.
According to him he is a “happiness coach”
Every Sunday, he conducts free classes on health, wealth, relationships, and mindset.
No fees. No niche. No income. Just more and more learning.
For the past few months he has been doing this in expectation of making money.
The questions he asked me were the exact same questions I hear from thousands of professionals trying to enter the digital space:
- “Is it okay if I coach on everything?”
- “What knowledge should I acquire to be a coach?”
- “Will anyone pay me if I ask?”
Let me give you the truth most people don’t want to hear.
You Don’t Lack Knowledge. You Lack Clarity.
Whole life you have been learning and learning only. After working for many years you already posses some domain knowledge.
I understand when it comes to digital media – you might be novice but you are not novice in your game.
Most new coaches think the reason they aren’t earning is because they don’t have enough certificates.
They are wrong.

Look at someone teaching physics, chemistry or matematics to high school students – Is he / she a Phd?

You don’t need more courses.
