You want to build your business or provide service, but the problem is that you do not have clients.
You need two basic things for a business that has a product/service:

Whatever business you are or do, you need both of the above.
If you do not have traffic to your forget conversions. If you have traffic but cannot conversions, your build becomes extinct.
I started my first coaching in training Business in 2014 by taking the franchisee of an institute.
While giving the franchisee, the franchisors said two things are essential:
- A marketing person
- A counsellor
They did not say faculties (teachers) but said marketing person and the counselor.
After a few days, I did realize they were right. The marketing person will bring traffic to the institute. Counsellor will do the conversions.
If you fail in your business/service, it is either of the above problems.
Even if you have the best product/service, nothing can be created without it.
If you are the best coach but unable to get traffic to your coaching programs, you are also doomed. The so-called not-so-good coach will get a lot of revenue because he/she can amass the audience.
As a professional asses, what problem are you facing now?
Is it a traffic problem, or is it a conversion problem?
Many businesses do not start because the first question is, how will I get customers?
Many businesses collapse because the situation is – I am not getting customers.
The game is all about the numbers only.
If I remember my coaching institute data, if there were 100 inquiries to the institute, there were 30 conversions in the off-season and 50 conversions in the on-season.
The season here means May or August when many students are admitted.
Off-season is the period from September to March with low admissions.
The goal was to reach the highest number of admissions during the season.
During the off-season, the goal was to survive with fewer admissions.
The game was straightforward: to get the students to improve the number of inquiries to arrive at a particular number of admissions.
Many of you might be stuck at 0 / XYZ number of clients and trying all potential approaches to improve the number of clients, including:
- Improving the service quality
- Increasing the referrals.
- Improving the process.
In one line sentence – the game increases the number of inquiries that are in traffic.
The number of inquiries helps you to stay afloat or close your business.

When you create content on social media, your first few pieces are boring because you are bored.
In the first few pieces of content, you build your voice.
When you write on social media, no one cares what you write. You do not see likes, comments, and shares.
You see some traction When you keep writing after the first few 50-100 writing.
After the first 50 pieces of writing, you develop your voice.
The same is true for video content. After a few videos, you develop your voice, which people love to resonate with.

You create a personal brand when you work on social media sharing content.
Personal brand is the most straightforward definition of “what people say about you when you are not there.”
The reality is not missing you on social media. You make your presence felt.
By showing up across social media platforms, you make others addicted to your content and your unique brand persona.
They want to connect with you. They want to interact with you.

When you keep sharing content on social media, you create a unique audience.
Kevin Kelly has said that you do not need millions of followers. You need 1000 true fans.
1000 True fans are enough to help you earn for your whole life.
Those 1000 true fans will go to any length to meet you.
They will be the first ones to buy your product.
They will be the first ones to promote your product.
They are your brand ambassadors.
