  • Your Salary Is Not Security. Mine Wasn’t Either.

Your Salary Is Not Security. Mine Wasn’t Either.

It was 31st December 2023, and one phone call changed everything for me in less than two minutes.

My subordinate called me – He said: “Sir, haath mein kuch hai kya?” – “Sir, do you have anything in your hand?”

I said: “Haath mein matlab?” – “What do you mean, ‘in hand’?”

He said: “Matlab job.” – “Meaning, a job.”

    I said: “No.”

He said: “Bauji keh rahe the — Juneja ji se boliyega, kal se nahi aayenge.” – “Bauji was saying—tell Juneja-ji that he won’t be coming starting tomorrow.”

That was it, no warning, no conversation, and no meeting, just a phone call from my own subordinate telling me I no longer had a job.

I had a PhD in Economics and 17 years of experience teaching, building, and leading, but nothing could save me.

In August 2023, I left academia when the new organization’s owner asked me to join the senior ranks. For four months, I had given whatever I could to the organization, from late-night visits at 3 AM to revisitations at 10 PM at times, but the job ended in less than two minutes.

What happened next broke something inside me

A few weeks later, India was celebrating the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024.

The entire country was watching it live on television. We were also at home, ready to worship LIVE. It was one of the most sacred moments in recent Indian history. I was standing on my terrace and still scrolling, searching, and refreshing Naukri.com.

Honestly, I was like a beggar with a PhD — searching for someone to hire me.

That image of myself standing alone on that terrace while the whole country celebrated is something I will never forget. I had spent 17 years becoming indispensable inside organizations, and in that moment, I realized something permanently. Inside the organization, you are indispensable, and outside it, you are zero.

This was not my first job loss. I had a job loss before this, too, but this one was different and was a big blow to me. Each time, I told myself the same story: “I’ll find something better.”

During the COVID pandemic, a similar story happened, and I was back working with a university in 2021, where I worked until August 2023.

I always had the option to return to my previous academic employer, but I decided not to.

This time it was different. I was standing on that terrace, and something spoke to me from inside: “Ye bhi baith gaye hain. Ab tu bhi baith ja.” “Lord Ram has sat down too. Now you sit down as well.”

I decided to stop job hunting, but to continue with what I know, using my existing skills and knowledge in the service of others.

Flashback to 2014, when my entrepreneurship journey started

I had left a management institute where three months’ salary was pending; I was frustrated and felt undervalued. I did what any ambitious person does: I built something of my own. I took over a franchise of a coaching and training institute in Kashipur.

A few weeks later, my employer asked me to choose one. He said, “We want you 100 percent. We love your work, but want you one hundred percent. Decide.”

I decided on self-employment, and the Institute’s journey began with the first admission in April 2014, which grew to hundreds that year and eventually reached thousands. Students cracked bank exams, government jobs, built careers, and I ran it for six years.

The master blaster COVID arrived in 2020. COVID didn’t negotiate with me, and it didn’t send a warning letter

It didn’t care about my admissions numbers or my reputation, and in 90 days, everything was gone.

Two closures, Two complete losses, Two times starting from zero.

And yet, both times, I went back to depending on someone else’s system.

I sold an asset worth ₹90,000 to invest in learning how to build digital freedom. That same asset would be worth ₹7,20,000 today. No regrets for that because that investment gave me something no organization could ever give me: a system I now teach others.

In 2019, I made a decision that changed everything

I learned from mentors, attended webinars, and earned my first affiliate commission. I finally understood that money doesn’t have to come only from trading time, but I still didn’t fully commit. I was still dependent and still waiting for a salary until that terrace moment in January 2024.

31st Dec 2203 job loss hit me hard.

After the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, I made a decision. I requested God, “Please do something so that no one can fire me again.”

I stopped refreshing Naukri, I stopped sending applications, I stopped waiting for someone to hire me.

I started with what I already had — the ability to help professionals find their niche and monetize their expertise.

I had done it for others inside the Wealth Accelerator Hub, and I have seen it work, and now I would do it for myself.

I built what I now call the Digital Economics System. The MIMO process — Market Intelligence, Market Offer.

The NOAR (Niche, Offer, Audience Revenue) and the CAR (Clarity, Authority, and Revenue) formula.

I started taking calls and charging for my time. I started helping professionals who were exactly where I had been — skilled, experienced, but completely dependent on a single salary from a single company that could end it all with one phone call.

Six months later, I spoke to a manufacturing professional named Sajal

He went to the office every day, did his job, and lived his life, but he had a skill no one at his company knew about. We identified it, built an offer around it, and ran the MIMO process.

Within weeks, Sajal earned ₹25,000 on the side while still going to the office every morning, not because he was extraordinary, but because he finally had a system.

Here is what I want you to understand

You are not unemployable outside your job; you are just unaware of your own value, which is the gap I fix.

The professionals I work with are not failing because they lack skills; they are failing because they have never been shown how to position those skills outside their organization.

Your job gives you income, but your expertise, if packaged correctly, can give you income for life.

The question is not whether you are capable enough. The question is: Are you building something nobody can take from you?

One phone call can end your job, but it cannot take away your knowledge, your system, your parallel income, and that is what Unfireable means.

If you are an experienced Professional

If you have 8+ years of experience and are skilled within your organization, but invisible outside it.

If you have ever opened Naukri just to check, then this is your signal.

The best time to build something outside your job is right now, while you still have it.

  • Salary is not stability – It is dependency

Salary is not stability – It is dependency

The hidden risk most experienced professionals never see coming — and what I did about it over 18 months.

Recently, I had a discussion with someone who worked with companies generating ₹100-₹200 crore in annual revenue. He is sharp and experienced. When he speaks in a boardroom, people listen.

This is his situation within the organization, but outside the employer’s walls, few people know him.

Today, if he decides to leave or lose his job, his income will become zero, according to him.

While listening to his story, I realized I had been in the same situation a few years ago. It took me years to understand the real meaning of stability. In reality, what I called stability was dependency.

The illusion we are all living inside

The moment your salary hits your bank account, you are happy and super convinced that you have a stable life and safety.

You can pay bills and fund your goals. As long as everything is fine inside the organization, your role is secure, and the manager respects you. This is the best time when you will never think beyond it.

When there are restructures and shifts in industry, something changes suddenly. Now your sole source of livelihood seems to be out of control.

Many mid- to senior-career professionals have made them indispensable within one system. They are skilled and hardworking, and all their efforts and skills are deposited into an account they do not own.

This leads to one big problem: inside your company, you are indispensable; outside your company, you are zero.

This hidden risk is not dramatic. No one announces it, but it sits quietly under each career milestone.

If your salary stopped tomorrow… what’s your backup?

If you don’t have one, you don’t have stability.

    What I did instead

It is 28 months now without a full-time job, and it did not happen one fine day. What happened 28 months ago was more deliberate, and far less exciting — but it worked.

From 2021 to 2023, while still employed full-time, I followed a simple sequence. Not a hack. Not a shortcut

I just identified a skill that is paying me today as well.

Identified one skill I was already being paid for

Not a new skill. Not a trending one. The thing I already did well at work.

Converted it into a clear, outcome-based offer

Not “I do X.” But “I help you achieve Y in Z timeframe.”

Spoke to real professionals before building an audience

Validation before content. Demand before supply.

Built a structured system — not random gigs

    A repeatable process, not a one-time project.

Slowly, that became a second income. There was no viral moment. There was no overnight success story. There was only structure, applied consistently, over a long enough period to produce results.

    Systems work. Hoping does not.

One thing I want to share with you. Your experience will not create freedom. Your experience is the raw material in the expertise economy. You need to package it well to be usable for others. Once packaged well and utilized in the service of others, it becomes a second income system.

You have 15 years of experience, but no leverage.

According to Naval Ravikant, there are three kinds of leverage

    1. Labour

    2. Capital

    3. Code

    4. Media

When you leverage your skills, knowledge, and experience and package it well, it pays you. Now means you are building something that belongs to you, not to a company that could restructure at any moment.

Many professionals want a second income, but they do not know where to start. They have no structure. The person I met is not lazy or unambitious, but he has never built a system. He kept trading time for salary and called it a career.

There is nothing wrong with a salary. It is a useful tool, but when you are entirely dependent on it with no backup. That becomes a difficult situation.

The path to the second position does not require you to quit your job. It does not require you to go viral or build a massive audience. It requires you to stop treating your salary as your only asset and start treating your skills as something you can package, position, and monetize on your own terms.

The best time to build this is while you still have the salary to fall back on, the time to experiment, and the mental space to do it right. Not under pressure. Not after something has already gone wrong.

That is the window. Most people miss it because it does not feel urgent until it is.

    Where are you right now?

    Salary or System?

You Don’t Need Motivation. You Need a System.

If this article made you question your salary… good.

Now the next step is to build your first income system — without quitting your job.

  • Fired On New Year Eve? My 4-Job Loss Escape Plan

Fired On New Year Eve? My 4-Job Loss Escape Plan

    It was 31st December 2023.

It was Sunday afternoon, and I was out of the station. The phone rang, and the call was from the office.

I got a message from my Junior, “Sir Bauji is saying ask Juneja ji not to come from tomorrow.”

The assignment that started 3 months ago ended on New Year’s Eve.

Just a few seconds later, I was blessed at 1 PM.

Unable to sustain the emotions, I asked myself what I could do now.

In the next hour, luckily, I got a call from someone who became the assignment for the next 2 years.

When I speak to many working professionals, I have realised many are stuck not because of skills but because of income.

One decision maker can put a full stop to your income.

I have already written about this in a LinkedIn post that got engagement because professionals feel this truth daily.

    I learned it painfully—after losing 4 jobs.

If you are struggling post-job loss or you have a fear of job loss or job insecurity, here’s exactly what I built to escape.

You can do this without quitting your job if your job is safe.

Each time, I gave extra. Each time, one decision-maker ended it. Pattern clear: Your salary isn’t security. It’s a dependency.

Survival Mode: The Coaching Franchise Years

In 2014, I took the franchise of a coaching and training business, and till 2017, it was in survival mode.

Some months, I was able to pay employees only, but could not create value for myself.

Every night: “Will I always be at outside factors’ mercy?” Self-doubt is louder than fear.

Extra effort bought time, not freedom. Needed different math.

    The Delhi Bus Ride

In 2017, I got to know that people are creating something else and reaping rewards for years.

I went on to attend a blogging event in Delhi.

I saw creators doing the impossible: Content once paid repeatedly.

No time trade. No boss. No layoffs.

Digitally, I met one of mymentors, Siddharth Rajsekar. Attended Monday webinars and watched live sales.

Something in me clicked, and I enrolled in courses and took action, and a few days later, got my first affiliate commission.

Moment of truth: “You don’t need more effort to grow. You need models that grow when you stop.”

    My 3-System Escape Playbook (Proven)

Over the years i have realised that mastering Digital Economics – turning knowledge into background income is the key.

To play the game online, master this formula called VCP.

    1. Visibility

    2. Credibility

    3. Profitability

    System 1: Visibility (Content Attention)

Now I am writing Daily on LinkedIn.

When I started, I used to get 80 impressions and now: 400-800 impressions.

The game is not impressions here; it is visibility.

To give you some raw data. You can always expect 1-2% people clicking on the link that you share in the content.

Assuming no one will click automatically.

So your visibility can fuel your engine.

    Opportunities chase visible experts.

Proof: Aman Gupta (boAt CEO). There are reports that 100% YoY sales jump.

Read: Beat Overanalysis – My Sunday SEO paralysis lesson.

    System 2: Authority (Knowledge Trust)

When you start sharing your content, you build credibility and authority.

If you are starting and want to create authority and credibility in your Niche/topic of expertise, do your 5P Niche Test:

    1. Passion – Are you passionate about the topic?
    2. Purpose – Do you have a purpose behind the topic?
    3. Problem – Are you solving a problem?
    4. Pain – Do people have urgent pain for the problem you are solving?
    5. Payment – Are people ready to pay for your topic?

    System 3: Income (Products Scale)

I follow a system where my visibility feeds the credibility, and that feeds the profitability engine.

The whole system I follow is

    1. Visibility Content Engine

    2. Leads – Discovery Calls

    3. Conversion engine – Revenue

My content is feeding my micro sites that generate money through affiliate marketing.

My traffic engine comes from content that moves people from content to leads.

The last leads to conversions that fuel my revenue engine.

    Conclusion

The jobs can end, and assignments can stop.

Decision-makers change, but Systems have to compound.

I realised the shift—from dependency to design—changed everything for me.

And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

If this resonated with you, it probably means you’re thinking long-term about your career and income.

You don’t need motivation — you need clarity.

You have two simple next steps:

  • The Silent Trap That Keeps Smart People Stuck

The Silent Trap That Keeps Smart People Stuck

If you believe being analytical is your super power continue reading.

In academia and corporate strategy, the ability to dissect a problem from every angle is what earns you a seat at the table.

Welcome to Digital Economics era, where the same superpower can become your greatest liability.

On Sunday, 7 December 2025, I fell into the trap.

After 30+ days of consistent daily posting on LinkedIn, my internal PhD researcher woke up and took charge.

By 6:00 AM, instead of writing my scheduled post, I was paralyzed by a “logical” fear: SEO Optimization.

I spent the next 12 hours—6:00 AM to 6:00 PM—chatting with ChatGPT and Gemini. I debated Substack vs. Communi, main domains vs. subdomains, and H1 tags vs. social reach.

By Sunday night, I had zero output, a missed morning walk, and total mental exhaustion.

Do you see Analysis Paralysis. As a Digital Economics Coach, I see this daily.

In this guide, let us check why smart professionals suffer from this, how it kills your digital career, and the specific frameworks I use to break the cycle.

    1. The “Productive Procrastination”

Analysis paralysis isn’t just “being stuck.” For people like me, it takes the form of Productive Procrastination. This is the act of doing “work-about-work” to avoid the vulnerability of real work. Intentionally I never do that but somehow it happens.

When I was chatting with AI about my domain structure, it felt like I was building a business. It sounded intelligent. But in reality, I was just avoiding the discomfort of hitting “Publish” on a post that might not be “perfectly” indexed by Google.

Let me tell you unknowingly I was deceiving myself thinking I am doing research.

    Why the “Smart” Mind Fails

If you have a PhD, an MBA, or years of professional experience, your brain is wired to:

    • Minimize risk at all costs.
    • Seek the “optimal” path before taking the first step.
    • Gather every possible data point before making a move.

Atleast this is what I have learned being in jobs.

In the physical world, this prevents costly mistakes. In the digital world—where the cost of a “mistake” (a post with low engagement) is zero—this wiring creates a bottleneck.

In the digital economy, Speed is your primary data-gathering tool. When you stop to analyze without acting, you are trying to solve an equation with zero variables.

    2. A Case Study in Sunday Paralysis

My Sunday was a masterclass in what I now call the “System Cage.” Here is the timeline of how a simple 300-word post turned into a 12-hour research spiral:

    • 06:00 AM: The Trigger. “Google isn’t indexing my LinkedIn posts. My effort is going to waste.”
    • 08:00 AM: The AI Loop. I asked ChatGPT if I should move to Substack. It said yes. I asked Gemini about my lifetime deal on Communi. It said, “Substack is better for H1/H2 tags.”
    • 11:00 AM: The Subdomain Spiral. I began researching insights.drashishjuneja.com vs. notes.drashishjuneja.com.
    • 03:00 PM: Technical Exhaustion. Trying to figure out CNAME records instead of writing content.
    • 06:00 PM: The Result. No walk. No post. No connection with my audience. Zero momentum.

This is what happens when you prioritize Structure over Momentum.

    3. The Digital Economics Hub Framework: Systems Should Liberate, Not Trap

Inside my Digital Economics Hub Hub, I teach a model called C.A.S.H. (Coaching, Affiliate Marketing, Services and High Ticket).

The goal of a System is to automate the mundane so your mind is free to create. However, many creators try to build “Level 6” systems while they are still at “Level 1.”

    4. Why LinkedIn is a Laboratory, Not an Archive

To achieve digital freedom, you must understand the role of your platforms.

LinkedIn is for Testing. It is a high-speed feedback loop. You post an idea, and within hours, the market tells you if it’s valuable via comments, shares, and profile clicks. This is where you find your voice. As I’ve written before, Your Niche is a Reflection of Your Evolution; you don’t think your way into a niche, you write your way into it.

Your Blog/Substack is for Archiving. Once an idea has been validated on LinkedIn, then it deserves the SEO treatment. Then it deserves the H1/H2 tags.

By trying to make every daily note “Google-ready,” you add 5 hours of friction to a 20-minute task.

    5. The Strategy: How to Break the Loop

If you are stuck in a research loop, use this 3-Step “Escape” Protocol:

Step 1: The “Why Did I Start?” Audit

When you’re spiraling, stop and ask: “Why did I start this journey?” My answer was: “To share thoughts and test ideas.” If your current “research” doesn’t help you share an idea today, it is a distraction.

Step 2: The “Execution Over Hesitation” Rule

In my philosophy, documented in The Simple Way to Earn More When Your Income Isn’t Enough, execution is the only thing that creates clarity.

    • LinkedIn first. Every day.
    • One clear idea.
    • No SEO pressure.
    • No ownership anxiety.

Step 3: Weekly Batching (The Harvest)

Instead of daily SEO anxiety, set aside two hours on Friday to look at your data:

    1. Which post got the most “Saves”?
    2. Which one generated the most profile clicks?
    3. That is the content you expand into a long-form essay for your main blog archive at drashishjuneja.com.

    6. Momentum vs. Perfection: The Choice is Yours

Perfection is a shield. We use it to protect ourselves from the possibility that our ideas might not be good enough.

But as a Digital Economics Coach, I will give you the brutally honest truth: A perfect plan that never launches is mathematically worth less than a “good enough” post that reaches one person.

    Momentum CreatesPerfection Creates

    Conclusion: Break the Analysis Loop

My Sunday post didn’t go live until Monday. The world didn’t end, and the algorithm didn’t punish me. In fact, that Monday post was more powerful because it contained the lesson of my Sunday failure.

    Stop overanalysing to do nothing.

    Stop researching and start publishing.

    Join the Movement

I share these experiments, clarity frameworks, and “behind-the-scenes” struggles inside my free community. If you are ready to stop overanalysing and start monetizing your expertise, let’s connect.

What are you overanalysing today instead of doing? Comment “ESCAPE” to break the loop.

  • Stop Trading Time: How To Build Real Digital Freedom

Stop Trading Time: How To Build Real Digital Freedom

Go back to your old school days – you were taught that the more effort you put in, the better results you will have.

You followed the same in your college and tried to follow the same in your job.

Suddenly, one day, you realized some people are putting less effort, but they are paid more.

What extras have? What are they doing differently?

Some colleagues labelled them as “smart”.

You worked on this principle: If you want more money, work more hours. If you want a promotion, take on more load. If you want respect, reply faster.

What you were taught in school worked for decades. The Industrial Economy survived on labour as the primary driver of value.

Welcome to the new world of Digital Economics, where rules have changed.

What is Digital Economics? Digital Economics is the shift from leveraging labor (time) to leveraging systems (media and code). It allows professionals to disconnect their income from their daily attendance.

If you are still trying to “work harder” to achieve freedom, you are fighting a losing battle. You cannot out-work a system that is designed to keep you linear.

    You might be aspiring for

    1. Time Freedom

    2. Location Freedom

    3. Money Freedom

Let me tell you straight – you do not need more hustle.

    You need more leverage.

    Leverage

    1. Time

    2. Money

    3. Resources

    4. Media

The Trap of Linear Effort (The Old Way)

I worked as an Assistant Professor at the University at the age of 40. A university assistant professor in India draws anything from $500-$150,0 depending on your experience and educational qualification.

A similar story might be yours, where you reached a ceiling in your career not because you lack skill, but because you lack capacity.

You have a limited time of 24 hours a day. You can do two jobs most even if you work 18 hours a day.

If your income is tied to your presence—whether you are an employee or a freelancer—you are capped. To earn more, you must give more of your life away.

    • The Old Story: Work harder → Impress the boss → Get a 3-5% raise.
    • The New Reality: Build a system → Distribute value → Unlimited upside.

You were asked to hustle and hustle.

I did the same, and I was busy, but it did not make me free.

It was in 2014 only when I was first introduced to the systems approach.

When I took the franchisee of Coaching and Training Institute there were systems to be deployed:

    1. Enquiry System

    2. Demo System

    3. Conversion system

    4. Lecture system

    5. Practice system

From inquiry to admissions to selection, there were systems in place.

The 3 Systems of Digital Freedom (The CASH Approach)

When I analyze successful digital entrepreneurs and creators, they aren’t working 18-hour days. They are leveraging three specific systems that run in the background.

This is the exact framework I teach in the Digital Economics Hub:

    1. The Visibility System (Content → Attention)

In the offline world, opportunities are limited by who you meet physically. In the online world, opportunities come to those who are seen.

Most professionals hide their expertise behind office walls. But when you build a Visibility System (consistent content on LinkedIn, YouTube, or Medium), you create leverage.

    • Without System: You pitch one client at a time.
    • With System: One post reaches 1,000 people while you sleep.

Every day I follow this system:

    1. Write a post on LinkedIn

    2. Repurpose it on X

    3. Repurpose it on Substack

    4. Repurpose it inside my community on skool Digital Economics Hub

    5. Repurpose it on YouTube community posts

    6. Share the link of Lthe inkedIn post on my WhatsApp status and Telegram Status

    7. Pick the best performing post from LinkedIn in past 7 days and convert it into a blogpost. This blogpost is from https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7401466601931542529/

    8. Repurpose the blog post as a LinkedIn newsletter

    9. Repurpose the blog post as a Substack newsletter

    2. The Authority System (Knowledge → Trust)

Being skilled is not enough. You must be perceived as an expert.

To build authority in your domain, you have to package your knowledge into a structured framework.

When you turn your knowledge into models (like my DEMM or C.A.S.H. frameworks), people stop seeing you as an interchangeable employee and start seeing you as a high-value guide.

    3. The Income System (Digital Products → Scale)

    The real leverage comes from

    1. Build Once

    2. Selling repeatedly

That’s why it is called a system..

    Repitition breeds results.

An Income System is any asset that you create once but get paid for repeatedly. This could be a course, a paid community, a template, or an eBook.

    • Labor: You do the work, you get paid once.
    • Leverage: You do the work once, you get paid forever.

    Proof: The $262 Lesson

Beginning of December, I received a notification that I had earned $262 (approx ₹23,580).

To earn this, I did not go for:

    1. A sales call

    2. A sales pitch

    3. Trading a single hour of my day.

I didn’t even know the purchaser.

How did this happen? A system I built months ago—a digital asset—was found by a user, consumed, and purchased. I did the work once; the system paid me today.

The whole system is inside this course

This is not magic. It is economics. The internet rewards leverage, not just labor.

Your Organization is a System. Where is Yours?

Look at your current job. Your organization is a system. Your role is a component within that system. Your “hard work” powers their leverage.

  • The Truth About Inconsistency: It Starts With Clarity

The Truth About Inconsistency: It Starts With Clarity

You are not lazy. You are Unclear

    Stop blaming yourself.

If you’re inconsistent, it’s not a mindset issue. It’s a clarity issue. Most people think they need more motivation.

    But the truth?

They don’t need motivation. They need a mirror.

Recently, I got on a clarity call with a wellness coach earning ₹50,000–₹1,00,000/month.

    He wasn’t struggling with skills.

    He wasn’t struggling with opportunities.

    He wasn’t struggling with knowledge.

He said something deeper: “Ashish… I know what to do. But I don’t do it. I start things, but I never finish.”

He kept repeating: “I think I have a procrastination problem.”

But as the conversation unfolded, it became clear:

Procrastination wasn’t the issue. Lack of clarity was.

The Hidden Reason Professionals Stay Inconsistent

While I was speaking to him – On paper, he had everything:

    • A strong community
    • People to help
    • Products to sell
    • Coaching skills
    • A steady income

    Yet he still wasn’t growing.

    Why?

    Because he had:

    • No structure
    • No clear execution plan
    • No accountability
    • No direction
    • No clarity

    He had motion, not progress.

And here’s what most professionals get wrong:

Clarity is not created alone.Clarity is created in presence — with someone who can reflect the truth back to you.

    The Question That Changed Everything

I asked him: “Describe the Anil who earns ₹5 lakh/month.”

    His answer came instantly:

    “He takes action.”

    “He follows a system.”

    “He becomes a brand.”

“He lives like the people he admires.”

    Then I asked:

“What do you need to become that Anil?”

    He didn’t say:

    “More motivation.”

    “More YouTube videos.”

    “Another course.”

    He said:

    “A mentor.”

    “Someone who checks my actions.”

    “Someone who corrects my direction.”

    “Someone who holds me accountable.”

    Not motivation.

    Not discipline.

    A structure.

Consistency Is Not a Personality Problem — It’s an Environment Problem

Within the next 40 minutes, he made a decision:

    He said yes to mentorship.

    He said yes to accountability.

He said yes to the future version of himself.

He joined the Digital Economics Accelerator, my 90-day Personal Coaching program where we build:

    • Your income system
    • Your content system
    • Your personal brand
    • Your weekly structure
    • Your accountability rhythm

And I said something he had never heard before:

“Consistency is not a personality problem. It’s an environment problem. Systems work. People fail. Mentors fill the gap.”

Most Professionals Don’t Lack Potential. They Lack Clarity & Structure.

I have realised one thing – most professionals today:

    • Have skills
    • Have knowledge
    • Have opportunities
    • Have access to all the information in the world

Yet they stay stuck at the same income for years.

    Why?

    Because they lack:

Clarity — What exactly should I do this week?

Accountability — Who ensures I actually do it?

A System — What is the repeatable process that compounds results?

You don’t rise to your goals.

    You rise to your structure.

    If you’ve been:

    • Starting things but never finishing
    • Suffering from “idea overload”
    • Watching content but not implementing
    • Busy but not growing
    • Earning the same income for 3–5 years

then the issue is not your effort.

The issue is the absence of a system.

If You Want Different Results, You Need a Different Environment

Inside the Digital Economics Accelerator, we fix the real bottlenecks:

    • You get clarity on your niche, brand, and offer
    • You build a consistent content rhythm
    • You design an income system using the C.A.S.H. Model
    • You execute with weekly accountability
    • You stop relying on motivation and start relying on structure

    You don’t need more inspiration.

    You need:

    • Clear next steps
    • A repeatable weekly system
    • A mentor who ensures you don’t fall back into chaos

This is what creates real transformation.

  • The One Income Trap: Why It’s Silently Destroying Your Future

The One Income Trap: Why It’s Silently Destroying Your Future

Over the last few years, I’ve spoken to hundreds of working professionals—engineers, designers, analysts, managers, teachers and others.

All from different industries, different backgrounds and even different life stories.

This is the story of every mid career professional

Yet almost everyone tells me the same line:

“I’ve spent 15–20 years learning everything… but I still feel stuck.”

If you are a working professional and you believe you lack skills.

Let me be honest with you.

    You do not lack skills.

You have been learning and get ready and leveling up you game but the pace.

The only thing is – the pace of growth in industries, technology, skills and even knowledge is amassing.

You are always falling short of what is expected.

    Reason

Your growth of learning always falls short of growth of every other thing.

Let me tell you – you do not lack skills.

    You lack strcuture.

    Let me explain.

Why You Feel Stuck (Even When You’re Smart and Skilled)

You may not say it out loud, but you feel it:

    • A project ends → and uncertainty hits.
    • Market changes → and fear increases.
    • Layoffs are announced → and your heartbeat shifts.

Deep down, you worry: “What if something happens to my job?”

Not because you’re incapable. Not because you’re underperforming. Not because you aren’t learning enough.

You feel fear because: you are dependent on that one income.

One company. One boss. One decision-maker.

You are not alone placing your entire financial life in someone else’s hands.

It is the biggest hidden risk professionals carry today.

I am saying all this because I dreamt my golden future in the above lines only but reality hit me hard.

I know this because I lived it.

I Lost 4 Jobs in My Career

During my PGDBM in 2005 – One statement got ingrained in me.

    “Undercommit over deliver.”

I always lived this. I gave extra hours. I delivered results. I was loyal.

I had my dreams of growth and super growth.

    Somewhere I was slow.

    Somewhere I was fast.

    Still…

One email told me I am out of the company.

One call informed me I am out of the organsation (the bad part – it was 31st December 2023) – Next day was new year.

    Everything shifted.

The biggest turning point in my life was the phone call on 31st Decemeber 2023. That’s when I realised enough is enough.

“How can I do something that no one can fire me.?”

This time the blow was hard.

For this organisation I had left the last organisation with lot of hopes and dreams. They always wanted me.

But I joined this one thinking – people have built thier future in this organisation and people are here for years and years.

But still – no safety to save me.

That’s when a painful truth hit me:

Your job can change overnight. Your life should NOT.

Depending on a single system was my biggest mistake.

    But something saved me.

    The Moment Everything Changed

The good thing before this job since 2017 I had been working on coaching and training model.

I had been helping people in coaching and training domain.

I even gave my support to Wealth Accelerator hub – helping the community with Digital Coaching.

I helped people to launch thier coaching Business.

There was on when I was working in the university in the previous job.

    I didn’t quit my job. I didn’t take a big risk. I didn’t “jump into my passion.”

I built one parallel system alongside my job.

The parallel system was my coaching and consulting model.

This system became my safety net, my stability, and my freedom.

It was made of 3 simple parts:

    1. A Content System — Built Visibility

In 2017 when I was running my physical coaching Business. I came across Pardeep Goyal and Siddharth Rajsekar.

    Pardeep Goyal taught me blogging

    Siddharth Rajsekar focused on videos.

Off and on I was focused to create written content to

    • share what I know
    • show my experience
    • become discoverable

I got to understand one thing the formula of VCP (Visibility, credibility and Profitability)

    Visibility leads to Credibility

    Credibility lead to Profitability

    2. A Knowledge System — Built Authority

    I converted my experience into:

    • frameworks
    • explanations
    • insights
    • processes

I have my CASH model – through which I help people to monetize their expertise.

You can download the free parallel Income Blueprint here.

    3. An Income System — Worked Without Time-Trade

When I lost my job on 31st Dec 2023 by god’s grace in the next 30 minutes I had an oppportunity.

I got a call from the owner of the wealth Accelerator Hub asking if I have some time.

As I was in need – I readily said yes.

He told me he would give me his quantum coaching candidates to train and launch.

    I did their:

    1. Niche Clarity

    2. Curriculum Design

    3. Social Media branding

    4. Launching the digital coaching Business

I also did the personal branding for Wealth Accelartor hub owner Sandeep Gupta on linkedin.

    My system included:

    • coaching
    • digital products
    • affiliate income
    • consulting
    • systems that run without extra hours

All above helped me to survive my job loss and even made more than my job.

This created stability beyond my job.

And because of it, I stopped depending on a salary to feel secure.

The book Antifragile (Nassim Nicholas Taleb)

“Fragile breaks under stress. Antifragile grows because of stress.”

Most people operate like glass — one job loss, one recession, one unexpected bill… and everything collapses.

Luckily I had something to make me antifragile.

I Just Stopped Outsourcing My Future

If you think you need to quit your job to start something.

    STOP

    PAUSE

    No.

This is my strategy always even in jobs “don’t quit when you’re scared. You quit only when you’re strong.”

Whenever I had total dissatisfaction from the organisation – I will continue.

I will face the pressure. I will change the winds to the level that if my boss criticized me – “he would start loving me.”

Then I will look for the opportunity and leave. Not when I am the weakest.

In reality also – you do not get job when you need it.

You get a job when you do not need it.

    That’s my personal realisation.

Strength comes from systems, not sudden decisions.

I reaslises this truth: “Your stability doesn’t come from your company. It comes from your systems.”

    Your company can fire you.

Your systems will not fire you if they are working.

Why You Must Build a Parallel Income System Today

The world is changing fast and we are witnessing the massive disruption:

    • layoffs
    • automation
    • AI
    • rising competition
    • shrinking job security
    • unstable markets

If you are dependent on one paycheck like me – it is a risk.

A small mistake of yours and you are gone.

A change in decision in company and you are gone.

Atleast that’s what happened to me.

A parallel income system gives you:

✔ security ✔ confidence ✔ choices ✔ control ✔ growth ✔ identity beyond your job

It is your financial insurance. Your safety net and Your long-term freedom plan.

    You Don’t Need New Skills

    You already have:

    • experience
    • strengths
    • knowledge
    • results
    • stories
    • insights

Only your organisation will tell you you need to learn something new to remain viable in market.

In reality you don’t need to learn 50 new things.

You need a way to structure what you already know… and turn it into value for others.

That structure becomes your parallel income engine.

    Ready to Build Your System

I know how fearful the thoughts are of feeling replaceable…

If you’re tired of depending on one salary… If you’re tired of waiting for the “right time”…

    This is your sign.

Stop outsourcing your future. Start building the system that gives you control.

Your job can change overnight— but your life should NEVER depend on one decision.

  • Why Most New Coaches Stay Broke — And How To Fix It

Why Most New Coaches Stay Broke — And How To Fix It

“I Want to Become Rich and Make People Happy”: The Harsh Truth Every New Coach Must Hear

    Learning is the new procrastinaiton.

“I Want to Become Rich and Make People Happy” if these are your word change them immediately.

Yesterday, a former assistant professor said something to me on a Zoom call that millions silently feel but never admit:

“I want to become rich and make people happy.”

He said this with a ₹35 lakh housing loan, ₹50–60K monthly expenses, and just 8 months of savings left.

According to him he is a “happiness coach”

Every Sunday, he conducts free classes on health, wealth, relationships, and mindset.

No fees. No niche. No income. Just more and more learning.

For the past few months he has been doing this in expectation of making money.

The questions he asked me were the exact same questions I hear from thousands of professionals trying to enter the digital space:

    • “Is it okay if I coach on everything?”
    • “What knowledge should I acquire to be a coach?”
    • “Will anyone pay me if I ask?”

Let me give you the truth most people don’t want to hear.

You Don’t Lack Knowledge. You Lack Clarity.

Whole life you have been learning and learning only. After working for many years you already posses some domain knowledge.

I understand when it comes to digital media – you might be novice but you are not novice in your game.

Most new coaches think the reason they aren’t earning is because they don’t have enough certificates.

    They are wrong.

    People don’t pay for certificates.

Look at someone teaching physics, chemistry or matematics to high school students – Is he / she a Phd?

Many of them are not – but they are expert in their subject.

Some of them even state their story that when they first started they were even unable to hold the book.

    Today they teach without book.

People pay for clarity, confidence, and a specific outcome.

    You don’t need more courses.

You need one direction and consistent execution.

Why Most Professionals Stay Stuck in “Learning Mode”

    Learning is the new procrastination

    There are three silent traps:

    1. Under-decided.

You want to teach everything—health, mindset, wealth, communication, relationships.

But generalists don’t get paid. Specialists do.

    Choose one and move ahead…

    2. Under-executed.

You take class after class… but your bank account stays the same because learning without implementation is procrastination disguised as progress.

    3. Under-charged.

You take free sessions hoping “one day money will come.”

But free attracts free. Clarity attracts clients.

When you deliver free people do not value.

    Ask and you shall receiveth.

    The 3-Step Framework

I Gave Him a 3 step framework that might help you also.

You don’t need 10 years of learning. You need the next 10 days of action.

Pick ONE subject you will own.

Like you once owned Chemistry, or Coding, or Communication, or HR.

You can’t be a “happiness coach” when your finances are on fire.

Pick one skill. Own it. Teach it.

Turn “I want to be rich” into numbers + dates.

    Rich is not a goal.

    This is a goal:

    • Debt-free by: 31 March 2026
    • ₹2L/month by: October 2026

When you convert desire into digits, the brain stops dreaming and starts planning.

Earn your FIRST ₹5,000 this week.

Not next year. Not after another course.

    This week.

Use the skills you already have:

    • Help someone build a resume
    • Edit their LinkedIn profile
    • Create a small guide
    • Offer a 60-minute consulting
    • Teach one specific skill on WhatsApp
    • Create a micro-product
    • Run a paid workshop for ₹99 or ₹199

Most people are not underqualified. They are under-decided and under-executed.

The first ₹5,000 you earn digitally will change your belief system forever.

If You Are “Learning but Not Earning”

    The truth is simple:

You don’t need to teach the entire universe. You don’t need 10 degrees. You don’t need to become perfect.

    You need:

    • One niche
    • One offer
    • One income plan
    • One weekly revenue goal

    And consistency.

The digital world rewards clarity + focus + action.

  • How To Escape The Beginner Trap That Kills Most Dreams

How To Escape The Beginner Trap That Kills Most Dreams

    The Starting Point Paradox

    Everyone says, “Just start.”

But no one tells you where — or how.

So, you spend hours watching YouTube videos, collecting notes from courses, trying ten different tools… and still feel stuck.

You believe you are learning alot but there is no progress.

    Sound familiar?

That’s because you’re trapped in what I call the Starting Point Paradox — the illusion that movement equals progress.

    Why Most People Stay Stuck

When I first began my online journey in 2017, I believed success was just a matter of working harder and posting more content.

I started with a video post on face and posting some random content on facebook now meta.

I built websites (onlifetosuccess.com), launched pages, recorded videos — but nothing really worked.

It took me years (and a few painful lessons) to realize a truth that changed everything:

Content doesn’t create income — systems do.

The real reason most people never escape the “starting” phase isn’t lack of talent or opportunity.

It’s lack of structure — a system that connects what you know to what you sell.

    Randomness doesn’t work any more.

    The Trap of Random Effort

Here’s what most beginners do wrong:

They try to be everywhere — YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and still feel invisible.

They switch from one course to another, looking for a “magic shortcut.”

They overthink the name, logo, or platform — and underbuild the system.

But clarity doesn’t come from chasing trends. It comes from understanding how digital freedom actually works.

The 3 Starting Steps to Digital Clarity

If you’re just starting your online journey and don’t know where to begin, I have the exact framework for you. I teach it inside the Digital Freedom Blueprint. It is simple, structured, and built for real results.

Step 1: Define Your Freedom Goal

Before you touch a tool, define your “Freedom Number.”

How much do you want to earn each month — and why?

Your goal could be ₹20,000/month to reduce job stress or ₹2,00,000/month to replace your income.

That number will drive every decision you make.

“You can’t build a path to freedom without knowing where freedom begins for you.”

    Step 2: Choose Your Vehicle

You don’t need 100 ways to make money online. You need one vehicle that fits your strengths.

In my C.A.S.H. Model, there are four:

    1. Coaching: Share your expertise to help others transform.
    2. Affiliate Marketing: Recommend trusted tools and earn commissions.
    3. Services: Use your skills to serve businesses or creators.
    4. High-Ticket Offers: Build scalable income systems around transformation.

Pick one — and commit for at least 90 days. That’s where momentum lives.

Step 3: Design Your Simple System

Now, connect the dots: Offer → Funnel → Consistency.

    • Offer: Solve one problem for one audience.
    • Funnel: Create a clear path (free lead magnet → clarity call → paid offer).
    • Consistency: Publish weekly content to build trust and visibility.

You don’t need perfection — you need a rhythm.

The system will evolve, but the foundation must be clear.

    The Freedom Shift Mindset

Freedom doesn’t begin when you quit your job.

It begins when you stop thinking like an employee and start thinking like a designer of your own economy.

    Welcome to Freedom Economy.

Stop asking “Where should I start?”

Start asking “What system will I design today?”

Every successful creator, coach, or solopreneur once stood exactly where you are right now — unsure, overwhelmed, and overthinking.

The only difference? They chose direction over doubt.

    Your Next Step

If you’ve been trying to “start” for months (or years) but can’t seem to move forward — it’s not your fault.
You were never given the map.

That’s why I built the Digital Freedom Blueprint — a free, step-by-step guide that helps you:

✅ Discover your right monetization path
✅ Design your first simple income system
✅ Build clarity and confidence before you even launch

    Final Thought

    You don’t need more motivation.

You need a system that makes success inevitable.

Because clarity isn’t found by starting everywhere —It’s built by starting right.

  • How To Grow Beyond Your Job Without Quitting It

How To Grow Beyond Your Job Without Quitting It

Should You Change Your Job, Your Career, or Do Something Else?

Many professionals hit a point where growth slows.

    The big question shows up:

Should I change my job, switch careers, or try something different?

Recently, I had a clarity call with someone from the automobile sector.

He has spent 20+ years in production. Now, at 45, he is thinking about moving into academics.

If you’re in your 30s, 40s or 50s, you feel the same.

You are stuck in a salary range and you want to grow.

    The Two Obvious Options

    1) Change the job

    It looks easy.

New company, fresh start. But a new job often means relocation and proving yourself again.

For the first 6–12 months, teams watch you.

Politics are real. Stability comes later.

Even with a 20% raise, costs and stress eat into it.

    2) Change the career

A full career switch resets everything.

The 20–25 years you invested don’t transfer.

New degrees, new networks, and time to build credibility.

If you want academics, you may need degrees and years of preparation. That pushes your timeline.

    The Third Path (My Recommendation)

Stay in your current job and build a system in parallel.

There’s a saying: “The known devil is easier to manage than the unknown.”

You already know how your current job works.

If it’s relatively safe, keep it.

Use it as your base while you build something new on the side.

Jobs give stability. Systems create freedom.

    Why I Believe in Systems

Between 2021 and 2025, I lost four jobs for different reasons. Every time, a system saved me.

Back in 2014, I started my first coaching and training venture (a franchise). That taught me one core lesson:

Don’t depend only on a job. Build a system that can pay you, even if the job does not.

Stop Searching for the “Right Platform.” Create One.

If you are thinking you never found the right platform.

    You are right.

My response: Don’t keep searching. Start building.

If you start a new career you will take another 5 years to reach where you want to.

Do you have liberty to spend that much time?

Instead, create your own platform today.

    Start by Monetizing Your Skill

Whatever your background is —HR, marketing, operations, production—you know something useful.

Package that into value others can pay for.

Three evergreen problem areas where people always seek help:

    • Health (physical, mental, emotional)
    • Wealth (career, business, money)
    • Relationships (communication, mindset, balance)

If you can solve a real problem in any of these, you can build a parallel income system.

The Real Example from the Clarity Call:

The person works in automobile production. He already trains ITI students and is interested in Yoga and NLP.

My advice: stay in your job. Shift toward the training division if possible.

In parallel, build a small digital platform around Yoga/NLP and practical production skills. Start simple.

    Teach what you know.

    Ask the “One Thing” Question

From the book The One Thing:

What’s the one action that makes everything else easier or unnecessary?

    My answer is Go digital.

You can write your answer and share in comments.

So that’s the focus—create a basic digital business while keeping the job.

The C.A.S.H. Model (Four Income Engines)

Build your parallel system with these four tracks:

    • C – Coaching
    • A – Affiliate Marketing
    • S – Services
    • H – High-Ticket Offers

You don’t need all four at once. Start with one, then add the next.

When Should You Consider Leaving the Job?

Use these three levels as milestones:

    1. Level 1: Your system earns 50% of your job income. You gain safety and confidence.
    2. Level 2: Your system consistently earns equal to your salary for 12–14 months. Now you’re in the safe zone.
    3. Level 3: Your system beats your salary for 18–24 months. That’s your green light to transition.

This usually takes 18–24 months. Be patient and consistent.

    Final Thoughts

Your current job is your golden goose — don’t kill it too soon.

Stay where you are, but start building your system in parallel.

When that system begins to pay you consistently, you’ll unlock something rare — real freedom and real options.

  • Why Your Dreams Aren’t Getting Fulfilled (And The Secret No One Tells You)

Have you thought about why your dreams are not getting fulfilled, no matter how hard you try?

Let me tell you one thing: it’s not your fault.

The truth is, you are not being given clarity.

You started with a job, wanted to grow, but the people above you kept the real secrets.

Your manager, your boss — they know things you don’t.

That’s why they earn 3x more than you while you’re stuck at the bottom.

The Harsh Reality of Corporate Life

People don’t always tell you what is right.

They only tell you what’s required out of you, because they want to extract.

Remember: you are the average of the five people you spend time with.

But here’s the bad news — the people in your organization are not your family.

You’re told “we are a family,” but when you hit 45 or 50, you’re no longer valuable to the company. At 22 or 25, you’re celebrated. At 45, you’re just surviving.

    The Trap of Consumerism

Since childhood, you’ve been trained to consume.

Toys, bikes, cars, houses — just bigger toys over time. You’re still stuck in the same consumer world.

Your colleague drives a Mercedes and you want one too, even when you can’t afford it.

That addiction to “the next new thing” keeps you trapped.

This endless cycle of wanting more isn’t an accident — it’s part of how the system was designed to keep you stuck.

How the System Trains You to Stay Stuck

School, college, job — all are training grounds.

You were conditioned to follow the 9–6 routine.

First it was school 7–2, then college 9–3, now office 9–6.

    The hours just kept increasing.

This system creates workers, not free people. And unless you escape, you remain in the rat race.

    The Power of Leverage

Some people escape without working harder.

    Why? They understand leverage.

Right now, me making this YouTube video is leverage.

👉 Watch this short video where I explain the concept in detail:

I don’t know who you are or where you’re from, but my message reaches you.

Leverage creates time freedom, money freedom, and location freedom. That’s the power of the internet.

Work on Yourself, Not Just Your Job

Jim Rohn once said: “If you work on your job, you make a living. If you work on yourself, you make a fortune.”

So yes, work 9–6 for your kitchen, your family.

But take 2–3 hours daily to build yourself. Learn skills. Get into the right circles. Buy the time of experts.

Or step into the digital economy — where I call myself a Digital Economics Coach.

    Becoming a Creator

Whether it’s writing, speaking, recording, or teaching — start creating.

Because today, what sells is your narrative. Money flows to creators, not consumers.

This internet game is about two things:

    1. Psychology
    2. Humanity

Money flows to creators, not consumers.

Look at the data in India — over 90% earn less than ₹25,000 per month. Only 1% earn more than ₹3.75 lakhs monthly.

Ask yourself: are you a consumer or a creator?

Take the free quiz to discover your earning potential.

  • The Digital Economics Of Community: Turning Trust Into Growth

The Digital Economics Of Community: Turning Trust Into Growth

    Why is community important?

From Transactions to Trust: The Rise of Digital Communities

A few years ago, everything in digital marketing was transactional.

For almost 12 years, digital marketing has been about transactions.

But in the last three to four years—especially after Covid—we’ve seen a huge shift.

A study by CMX Hub found that 91% of people provided support to others through online communities.

Additionally, 98% reported feeling a stronger sense of belonging.

People have developed a strong inclination towards communities.

I even made a short video on this shift—from chasing sales to building trust and community. You can watch it here 👇

If you are a digital marketer, digital creator, or anyone in the digital space you genuinely wants to help people.

You are already part of this new phase: the Trust Community.

Trust + Economics = Digital Communities

    I come from economics background.

I hold a doctorate in the subject, and digital is my passion area. So I merge the two into what I call Digital Economics.

At the core of economics lies demand and supply.

In the digital world, when you add trust to demand and supply—that’s the real formula.

Ask yourself: Why should people buy from you?

There are thousands of marketers, ads everywhere, offers everywhere.

People will only buy from you if they trust you.

FeverBee explains, “Community marketing is rising due to the declining effectiveness of traditional marketing channels. The price of ads continues to rise while their effectiveness continues to decline.”

Trust is the name of the game and beyond trust, the bigger play now is community building.

    Where Can You Build Communities?

Community can be built anywhere. It doesn’t matter if it’s:

    • WhatsApp groups (free of cost)
    • Telegram channels (free of cost)
    • Facebook groups (also communities)

I personally built one at digitalchai.in using communi.com and skool.com. That’s the platform I use for my communities.

So the real question for you is: Where do you want to create your community?

Like Shark Tank asks, “What’s your ask?”—my ask is simple: community.

Where will you build it? Facebook? WhatsApp? Twitter? Linkedin?

    The choice is yours.

    Because community is the game.

The Power of Communities (Through Religion)

Every religion has deeply embedded community practices.

    • Hinduism: People gather on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
    • Christianity: People meet on Sundays.
    • Islam: People congregate on Fridays.
    • Sikhism: People meet during Sankrant every 15 days.

Why? Because religion understood long ago that humans need to meet. Otherwise, people forget.

    Community is about congregation.

It is being said that “A single individual praying at home has X value. Doing the same prayer in a temple multiplies that power by 10. At sacred power centers, it grows 100 times.”

Personal Example: Balaji & Visa Balaji

I’ve seen this in my own life.

At Mehandipur Balaji (Rajasthan), when people chant together, the power is 100X stronger than doing it alone.

I also remember watching Irrfan Khan in the TV serial Mano Ya Na Mano. It was where I first heard about Visa Balaji in Hyderabad.

I personally went to that place. Thousands of people were chanting “Jai Govinda Jai Gopala” in unison. It is a power center.

It’s not about the words, it’s about the community energy.

    Trust Economies Around the World

Some countries already operate on trust economies.

For example, in the UK or Canada, opening a bank account is usually simpler. Most banks ask for one or two identity documents. They allow quick online verification.

In India, the process is stricter, requiring full KYC with Aadhaar/PAN, proof of address, and multiple checks.

The moment trust is missing, the whole economy is affected.

That’s why community is powerful—it creates trust and can do wonders in your life.

    My Community: Digital Chai

I created my own community called Digital Chai.

If you join at digitalchai.in, you don’t need to go anywhere else—not YouTube, not Facebook, not LinkedIn. Everything is in one place.

    I also run other communities.

And here’s the power: if you search “Digital Chai” on Google—even in incognito mode—it already ranks at the top.

The Power of Digital Connection explores how online communities bring like-minded people together and create real belonging.

That’s what community + consistency does.

    What Holds You Back

The biggest thing stopping you isn’t knowledge—it’s resistance. Steven Pressfield in The War of Art calls it Resistance—the invisible force that keeps you from doing the work.

Fear shows up in many forms: fear, love, even sex.

You create dramas for yourself, excuses, health issues, fights—just to avoid doing the work you know you need to do.

I was reading Steven Pressfield, who quoted Somerset Maugham.

Someone once asked Maugham, ‘Do you write only when you’re inspired?’

He replied: ‘Yes. Fortunately, inspiration strikes every morning at nine o’clock sharp.’

That’s the point. You don’t wait for creativity. You show up, and creativity meets you there.

Digital Chai started the same way—with excitement and action.

    Final Word

Today, Digital Chai Club is on page one of Google.

That’s the power of community and consistency.

So, if you haven’t joined yet, I invite you:

    Join Digital Chai Club.

  • Forget the Hype: Why Courses Alone Won’t Free You

The Harsh Truth About Coaching, Courses, and the Creator Economy

    Why Everyone Wants Freedom

In today’s world, every job comes with pressure.

    Whether it’s a ₹50,000 job, a ₹1 lakh job, or a ₹1.5 lakh job, no job is stress-free.

I often say there are now two jobs inside one:

    1. The job you’re hired to do.
    2. The job of protecting your job.

Because of this, people start looking outside their jobs.

They join coaching programs, courses, and creators, hoping for time freedom, money freedom, and location freedom.

    But what really happens?

Prefer watching on YouTube? 👉 Watch here

    The Illusion of “Beer Commercials”

Many creators sell dreams like glossy “beer commercials.”

If you haven’t seen it, I recommend watching Frank Kern’s Core Influence (a 2-hour video).

It explains how “core influence” is created and why we get sold big promises.

These commercials convince you that the moment you join a program, your life will change.

But the missing link is always the same: connection and support.

    Low-Ticket vs High-Ticket Courses

I learned from Indian mentors like Pradeep Goyal.

I also learned from Siddharth Rajsekar.

Additionally, I gained insights from international creators like Dan Koe and Justin Welsh.

Low-ticket courses (under $100) are everywhere. The creator shows you, “I made this much from my course.”

They may have sold to 30,000+ people. But when you buy, you’re left learning on your own. No personal connect. No one to answer your doubts. If you want that, you have to buy into their inner circle.

High-ticket programs ($1000+) are also booming. But here too, one thing is missing — real hand-holding.

    The Coaching Factory Problem

Today’s coaching space has become a factory of coaches.

Creators are making money by producing coaches, but the aspiring coaches who join face struggles no one talks about.

Most of them are working professionals who want:

    • To replace their job income.
    • To generate a side hustle or passive income.

But reality hits hard. Many people join a course after FOMO, collect program after program, and still remain stuck.

It becomes course after course, date after date, with no real results.

    Why You’re Still Struggling

    • Monday to Friday, your boss gives you structure.
    • On weekends, you’re on your own — and without structure, output is zero.
    • You buy more courses, but growth doesn’t happen.

It’s not your fault. The system is designed this way.

Creators get richer while students get stuck. And remember this: nothing is truly free.

Even free webinars or videos are not free — they are marketing.

    The Kitchen Income Rule

Before you think of leaving your job, I always ask:

    • Do you have 6 months of funds?
    • Do you have 1 year of funds?

Because if your kitchen income (your essential monthly expenses, say ₹50,000) is safe, then everything else is safe.

Until then, stay in your job, build something on the side, and don’t make emotional decisions.

    My Journey and Lessons

    • I started with affiliate marketing under mentors like Pradeep Goyal.
    • Later, I learned from Siddharth Rajsekar and joined bigger programs.
    • I studied international creators and saw the same pattern worldwide.

I myself have been in education and coaching since 2014.

I ran a coaching institute. I handled over 1000 admissions. I understood traffic and conversions.

Even after closing during Covid, I never left this space.

My journey has spanned various roles, from corporate jobs to university teaching.

I even ran my own franchise. It has always revolved around teaching, training, coaching, and consulting.

    What’s Really Missing: Hand-Holding

In this sea of coaching programs, what you need is not another course.

    You need hand-holding.

That’s why in my coaching system, I work like a tuition teacher:

    • Weekly one-hour calls.
    • One-to-one support.
    • Step-by-step guidance until you get your first client.

I promise. Even if it takes 90 days, 120 days, or more, I’ll work with you.

I’ll support you until your first client comes.

    Final Call: Work With Me

I don’t believe in making creators richer while you stay stuck. I know your strengths, weaknesses, and pain points.

What you need is structured hand-holding.

That’s why I invite you to book a free one-to-one call with me. In that session, we’ll assess:

  • The Day Everything Went Wrong (And Why I Now Hope My Students Fail)

The Day Everything Went Wrong (And Why I Now Hope My Students Fail)

When Your Worst Day Becomes Your Best Teacher

Few days ago I was conducting a LIVE digital Chai session that was scheduled at 9 AM sharp.

    Everything crashed.

    Internet failed.

Technology completely gave up on me.

Murphy’s Law in action: “Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.”

    I had two choices:

    1. Cancel and disappoint everyone waiting
    2. Fight through it

    I chose to fight.

So I decided to change the LIVE to 6 PM.

I Went live at 6 PM instead.

    Here’s what hit me:

    Everything seems easy.

The moment you start something You’ll get beginner’s luck first.

    Then Murphy strikes. Hard.

Murphy law “Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.”

The people who succeed? They choose to keep going.

The ones who quit? They’re still stuck in the same job, complaining about money.

    Which person will you be?

99% of People Pick the Wrong Online Business Topic

Most people jump into “making money online” backwards.

They ask: “What makes the most money?”

    Wrong question.

They copy what everyone else does.

    Wrong move.

    They try to help “everyone.”

    Wrong approach.

Here’s the truth: The riches are in the niches.

Let me show you what I mean…

    The Baby Powder Secret

Nestle doesn’t sell baby powder to “all parents.”

    Think about it:

    • All parents = Millions of people = Impossible to reach everyone
    • New parents = Still hundreds of thousands = Too broad
    • New mothers with babies 0-6 months = Specific group = Easy to help

The magic: The smaller your group, the easier it becomes to help them.

The result: They pay you more because you understand their exact problem.

This is why I don’t help “everyone make money online.”

I help professionals, creators, coaches, trainers who want to monetize their expertise online.

I help working professionals who want secondary income without quitting their jobs.

    Big difference. Huge results.

The ₹500 vs ₹15,000 Medical Reality

Your family doctor charges ₹500 for a 10-minute consultation.

Your heart specialist charges ₹15,000 for a comprehensive cardiac evaluation (same time investment).

    Why the 30x difference?

The family doctor gives general health advice.

The specialist provides: detailed cardiac assessment, ECG analysis, risk evaluation, and personalized treatment protocol.

One tries to help everyone with everything.

The other dominates cardiac care completely.

    Same rule online:

    • “Health coach” = Low prices, lots of competition
    • “Weight loss coach for working mothers” = High prices, less competition

The question: Do you want to be the ₹500 person or the ₹10,000 person?

My 4-Question Formula (Worth ₹50,000 in Saved Mistakes)

I learned this the hard way. Made every mistake possible.

Cost me years and thousands of rupees.

Now I use these 4 questions (based on the Japanese Ikigai concept):

Question 1: What Are You Actually Good At? (Personal Analysis for me)

Not what you think you should be good at?

What people already ask you for help with.

My honest answer: Online strategy, business consultation, LinkedIn branding, digital coaching, affiliate marketing

Question 2: What Could You Do All Day Without Getting Bored?

If money wasn’t a factor, what would you choose to do?

My truth: Talk about making money online, teach people, create helpful content, build communities

Question 3: What Problem Makes You Angry When You See It?

What frustrates you about the world that you want to fix?

What bothers me: Smart working people stuck in jobs, wanting more income but scared to start online

Question 4: What Would People Pay You For Right Now?

Be honest. What could you charge for today?

My reality: Digital coaching, affiliate marketing, LinkedIn help, online business consultation.

The breakthrough moment: Look for what appears in ALL four answers.

For me? Helping professionals create digital income.

    That became my niche.

  • How I Make $1,000-$3,000 Per Month Online (3 Proven Methods)

From my $5 AdSense failure to building a $2,000/month coaching business – here’s what actually works in 2025

If You Want to create $1,000 to $3,000 a Month, There Are Certain Methods.

I’m going to tell you about three methods. But first, let’s understand what methods are actually working.

Method 1: Getting Some Share of Other People’s Product or Service

The first method is all about bringing your traffic.

Here you create content and you get paid for other people’s products or services. The simplest example is AdSense.

People will tell you this easiest method.

I have used this method in the past, but that has not made me big money out of it.

Relying on other people’s product is always at their mercy.

    My Story with AdSense

Back in 2017, I started working on a blog. My first blog was on onelifetosuccess.com, which no longer exists.

That blog did not pay me much, but $5 or $10 I have created through that. The cost to manage that blog was more than that.

AdSense paid me around $5 to $10 through the blog. This was similar to that kind of thing. However, it did not give me much.

If you also think about the AdSense from YouTube or any such kind of platform, let me share something more.

    Real Example from my friend

Yesterday, I was speaking to my friend.

He told me that because his channel is monetized, he created around $2 from 2000 views.

So, all in all, I would say it’s around nine paisa, or $2, from 2000 views.

    That’s not a big money.

That’s a very small amount of money.

Plus, it varies in the domains.

For instance, you might have a different rate if you have a finance channel. It could be 37 paisa instead of nine paisa.

If you are running a financial domain, you can expect to earn more than $1 per 1000 views. The same applies if you are running a YouTube channel.

You can expect $4 per 1,000 views, but this amount is relatively low.

So, let’s say you have 10,000 views, which would give you around $40.

I do not recommend this method. However, it is one way you can make money.

People are making money through this method on YouTube, but they have big YouTube channels.

Method 2: Helping Other People with Their Products or Services

The second method through which you can make money is by helping other people.

He told them about their product or services. For example, you can create a website. You can create some kind of landing page for someone. You can create YouTube videos, but that’s a kind of service.

    My LinkedIn Branding Experience

It’s a good method aleast better than method one.

Starting January 20225, I was providing, the LinkedIn branding services to the people. They paid me money. I was charging 40,000 rupees, so close to $500 per client.

So in a month, if I had four to five clients, which I had in the past four, I would. So I was generating around 1,60,000 rupees, or approximately $2,000.

So $1,000 to $2,000 is the second method.

Make money providing videos, LinkedIn branding, or any kind of services. You can create $1,000 to $3,000 through that.

    The Problem with This Method

This method won’t keep you free. The problem with this method is that it is like your job.

It will not give you the largest leverage.

The time with you is limited to the same eight hours.

You have the same 24 hours in your life.

Out of 24 hours in the job, you were working eight hours.

In job you were getting someone lakh rupees, two lakh rupees, three lakh rupees, or 50,00 INR whatever it is, $1,000 $2,000.

There you were getting money from a single place and a single employer was paying you. Here you might have 3-5 employers.

The branded name is freelancing. Your time and freedom. Actually not.

How to Start with This Method

If you want to transition from a job to self-employment, this can be a stepping stone.

Start with one client beyond your job hours.

Why You Cannot Grow Big with This Method

You will not be able to reach your full potential. You need to create a model similar to an agency.

Once you’re maxed out, it means you don’t have any more time. You need to expand, and the only way is through teamwork.

So you put one person, two person, three person, four person.

Still, there is a form of leverage, albeit a limited one, here. And you cannot grow as big as you want to be.

In this kind of model, what I’ve seen is $1,000 to $5,000 is reasonable. This budget works with a limited team.

I haven’t worked on a big agency project, so I’m not familiar with it.

I have made $1,000 to $3,000 through this model or system at this step.

My favorite is the third model.

Method 3: Educational Product – Coaching, Consulting or Courses

The third model discusses an educational product.

    Have coaching, consulting, or courses.

If you are an expert in something, you can package your knowledge into educational content or courses.

    About Courses

Courses won’t pay you much unless you provide more value.

The courses are of three categories, like low ticket, mid ticket, and high ticket.

    A low-ticket course can be around $100.

    A mid-ticket course can be around $1000.

A low ticket course can be less than $100

A mid-ticket course can be less than $1,000, and anything above $1,000 is a high ticket for you.

So to some extent, courses can help you to grow and take advantage.

Coaching and Consulting Model – The Best Option

The best out of this for me is your coaching and consulting model.

In the coaching and consulting model, you work with one person, one-on-one. You are in close proximity.

In the coaching space, I have worked with people. I believe transitioning from $1,000 to $3,000 is the most effective path.

The numbers $3,000, $5,000, or $10,000 are numbers.

The coaching model or the consulting model is good. I would tell that going to $1,000 to $3,000 or $5,000.

How I Work with My Clients

When I work with you in this domain, I prefer one-on-one coaching and consulting.

There is a personal coaching and consulting space.

When I work with you, I understand your problem, pain, and where you are coming from.

So in my model, I help you to:

    • Craft your niche
    • Talk about your social media branding
    • How to create your offers
    • How to reach people
    • How to connect with people
    • Once you’re conducting your one-to-one sessions and other activities, how do you close sales?
    • Then you have to take leverage
    • Then, how do you do branding?

This model has worked well with me.

I would recommend this third model to you in any capacity you feel like. It can be coaching, consulting, or the courses.

Why Courses Are the Last Priority

The third is the lowest in the ladder of courses.

Here, you do not need your personal time.

Anything less than $100 can be sold.

If anything is around $7 or $10, it can be sold.

Even less than $100 can be sold through your content, if you have got good brand value.

    High-Ticket Clients Need Personal Attention

To work with a mid or high-ticket client, you need to establish a one-on-one relationship. Clients may pay $1,000, $2,000, or even $3,000.

This client is looking at hand-holding.

What Is Missing in the Market

What’s currently missing in the market is hand-holding, which is exactly where I love to help people.

I work with you. I work at your systems. I work at everything to find out at what level you are. So let’s work out to understand who you are, what you do.

  • 7 Game Changing Secrets To Skyrocket Your Online Empire Today

7 Game Changing Secrets To Skyrocket Your Online Empire Today

Why do you want to start an online business?

You want to start an online business to have freedom and independence.

You have been working in your 9-5 PM for long.

Have you heard about it from someone, or are you enticed by so many digital entrepreneurs and YouTubers that you can create your own online business?

Global e-commerce sales are projected to reach $8 trillion by 2027, which in INR equals 8,00,000 Crores INR.

Even though the opportunity is significant, the path to online success remains more challenging for many.

You would have heard stories of overnight success becoming digital millionaires.

In reality, it may not be accurate.

Everyone is eyeing attention, so who gets the most attention standsout.

According to data, 20% of businesses only fail in the first year.

Let me not discourage you, but I want to highlight the importance of creating an online venture with a well-thought-out strategy.

The digital economy is continuously growing, and competition is increasing.

Consider this: 76% of Americans now buy products online.

    Why Online Presence

What your online presence can do for you?

What is it like if you do not have an online presence?

Simply waiting means you are delaying carving out your niche.

I remember Russel Bruson writing in his book “Expert secrets” for the first 100 pieces of you will suck because you are boring.

You can create your unique voice only after a few pieces of your content/videos.

People start to accept you and your unique voice and branding.

Seth Godin aptly puts it in his book “Purple Cow”:

“In a crowded marketplace, fitting in is failing. In a busy marketplace, not standing out is the same as being invisible.”

From the above quote, you must be different in the digital space.

If you are inactive, the cost is:

    1, Financial

    2. The cost of not building the brand.

A Strategic Approach to Online Business

Let me share a few steps you can adapt to get started.

    1. Identify Your Niche: Start by determining your area of expertise or passion. What unique value can you offer in the digital marketplace?

if you are not clear about your Niche, ask these questions to yourself:

    • What am I good at?
    • What do I love doing?
    • For what can I be paid for?
    • Which is the problem that I can solve uniquely in the market place.

    2. Conduct Market Research: Understand your target audience and their needs. Use tools like Google Trends or social media analytics to gauge interest in your niche. Find out what people are doing in your Niche/domain. What kind of products are they creating/selling? What is their funnel to get an audience and sell to them?

    3. Develop a Business Plan: Outline your business model, financial projections, and marketing strategy. This will serve as your roadmap. The business plan here does not need to be elaborate; it can be simple.

    4. Build Your Online Presence: Create a professional website and establish your brand on relevant social media platforms. Remember, 75% of consumers check out a business online before visiting in person.

    5. Create Valuable Content: Engage your audience with high-quality, relevant content. This could be blog posts, videos, podcasts, or social media updates.

    6. Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Utilize SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising to reach your target audience.

    7. Offer Customer Service: In the digital world, word-of-mouth travels fast. Ensure your customers have a positive experience with your brand.

You can generate income for yourself and value for your customers.

Pat Flynn has detailed this in his book “Will It Fly?” He has shared a story

Pat Flynn is an online Business entrepreneur who lost his job during the 2008 recession.

He turned his misfortune into an opportunity by creating a study guide for the architecture exam.

This venture replaced his income and eventually led to a multi-million-dollar online business empire.

Let’s take Pat Flynn’s experience as an example. Success in the digital economy often comes from identifying a problem and providing a valuable solution.

    He writes:

“The riches are in the niches. The more specific you can get with the audience you’re serving and the problem you’re solving, the easier it will be for you to create a solution that works and market that solution to them.”
