Do Not Quit Your Job – Do This Instead

I should quit the job and take the lead.

You have heard that sailing in two boats will not help you. You only want to be on one boat.

You are thinking right, but a few things will not stop.

    1. Bills you have to pay every month
    2. The EMis you have taken

The above two things do not allow you to take action. Come what may, whatever happens in your job, you have decided to leave it in the next three months.

    The reasons could be:

    1. Self-respect
    2. Office politics
    3. The work is not to your liking.

Very few people on this earth work in their interest.

Only a few can do the work they like. Others are doing the job of paying the bills.

There are responsibilities on your head that do not allow you to take action.

Your income can stop, but your expenses will not.

You are lured by the actions taken by the people and getting successful.

When you cannot leave the job, what is the solution?

Build Digital Business beyond work hours

The solution is to build your Business after work hours. The Internet is the most significant opportunity of this century. During work hours, work on the job that pays your bills. After office hours, work on the dreams that fuel your passion.

A few years ago, people had few options only that including:

    1. MLM -Multi-level marketing (Networking marketing )
    2. A part-time second job after work hours.
    3. A part-time business from family/self-employment arising out of insurance business etc.

Today, we live in an information and internet age. You need to decide your niche and work on your goals and process.

Steps to create secondary Income with your job.

    1. Identify your niche/expertise area. Learn high-value skills such as copywriting, ghostwriting, social media marketing, and sales. Identify the high-value skill as per your area of interest.
    2. Practice the high-value skill with people—Regardless of your area of interest, you can practice it with people who can pay for it.
    3. Create recurring revenue from high-value skills and practice.

There are three main Niches for which people can pay you money.

Identify one Niche that you can serve out of

    1. Health
    2. Wealth
    3. Relationship

Choose a Niche that connects with your backstory. If you are in excellent health, you can go with health.

If you have an excellent relationship, go with that.

If you have wealth, go with that.

The primary premise is that it should be my area of interest, and I should have a background in it.

Refer to when you faced a challenge in any of the niches above and later utilized a system that helped you grow in that Niche.

There is a saying- your Iche becomes your niche.

The solution you searched for is to become your process for helping others overcome the same problem.

Once you have chosen the niche, you can create the Digital Business around that:

    1. Start servicing the people in the Niche. Many people are struggling and undergoing the same pain that you experienced when you struggled. Show them the path and help them overcome that pain/problem with your unique solution. For example, if your salary is 100K INR, two clients of 50K will replace your job.
    2. Create courses around that topic. Not everyone can pay you for the service you want to deliver. Record the process and share it with people who want to meet results. This recorded process can serve as your digital course.
    3. Create an ebook around the niche/topic—Whatever you know, if you can create an ebook around the topic, you can win big in the game.

    Witness the transformation

Many people come to me for the solution when they want to leave the job immediately.

I tell them only one thing.

What are the least expenses per month you need to pay bills?

Do you have the least savings to pay your bills for at least one year?

If your answer is yes, you may decide to take the full-time jump

If you still struggle to pay your bills, do not consider leaving the job.

Imagine creating a business with your using only

    1. Writing
    2. Personal Branding
    3. Content marketing

These three things can help you generate high-paying clients who pay recurring bills. This can also land you unknown opportunities, course takers, books, and subscriptions.

It might take some time, but it is not a distant reality.

  • Unlock Your Writing Power: Profit from Content in Just 2 Hours!

Unlock Your Writing Power: Profit from Content in Just 2 Hours!

You can write anything, but you do not know what to write. Here is the strategy for creating 1000-word content daily.

The problem you face is that after your work hours, you know and have read somewhere that writing can help you.

You do not know what to write about. You are devoting your two hours to writing, but you are clueless. You have read somewhere that a two-hour writer can help you create your online Business.

You are clueless even after watching YouTube videos and shorts for many hours. You still seek the right strategy and place to monetize your skills and knowledge.

There is very little time left after work hours; if that is gone, it is gone.

Your biggest problem is that you want to create the content but do not know how.

You have heard that you must create reels, videos, text/posts for Facebook, and threads for X and Threads, but you do not know what to post on social media.

People create content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and YouTube.

Some of your friends and colleagues are getting instant hits on Instagram reels. Sou feels there is a lot of success on these social media platforms.

How are they able to create such a content? From where are they bringing this content?

They are not CNN / National Geographic creating original content for any social media.

We are the content producers for social media, and they should love us.

When we don’t provide social media content, the social media algorithm doesn’t support us.

Your pain is that you cannot create content even after dedicating hours on weekends.

You sit in front of your computer and wait for the inspiration and the content.

After 2-3 hours of reels scrolling, you end your day and wait for the next week.

The impact of this is enormous.

This impacts your self-confidence and even your time and relationship with family.

The time your kids and family desired from you went to your computer and came empty-handed.

Empty without spending time with family and friends.

There is a self-talk that says you invested time and money into something that is not producing results.

You believe you are suitable for nothing.

This leads to a few things:

    1. You only return to work, thinking there is no way out.
    2. You have given up your dream to monetize your knowledge.
    3. You feel low in self-confidence as you have seen people playing online games, but you cannot crack them.
    4. You are looking for a coach and moving from one course to another.

    The reality is something else.

Do lower down your dreams of monetizing your knowledge through writing.

    The Digital Business Strategy

This is how I have built my digital Business.

    1. I create my first viable product as a Tweet on X or thread on threads.
    2. I check my tweets on X and the analytics daily. I look for my most engaged tweets. The one that is most engaged, I bring to my notion.io and Hemingway app.
    3. I start writing. The piece of content that you are reading/watching as a video started with a 260-character tweet on X. My 260 characters become 1000 words daily, following the model.
    4. I use a simple copywriting model in which I first discuss the problem and examine its impact. Then, I look for a solution that I can give to the readers/viewers. After my solution, I share with them what transformation I have achieved or what they can achieve through the process.

    Deep Driven Process

    1. Every day, write on social media, notably X / threads.
    2. Check your most engaged tweets.
    3. Copy the tweet into a notion/lifts/google doc / Hemingway wherever you are comfortable.
    4. Expand the tweet into a 1000-word article using a copywriting model.
    5. Repurpose the post on other social media – Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and YouTube.
    6. Review the metrics that are working for you on social media.

Every Friday, I gather my analytics and have the topic for my blog, drashishjuneja.com, the primary piece of long-form content.

The content from drashishjuneja.com is pushed to LinkedIn, medium.com, substack, and beehive.

The one newsletter becomes my video of the day, i.e., Saturday.

    The Content Economics

Using the above model, I have been able to write at least 10 full-length Blogs and 20 Newsletters on LinkedIn.

I have published over 10 videos on YouTube and many posts on Linkedin.

Imagine always having content to write/speak.

When you have content, you can do anything with it. You can write. You can speak. The same content can help you reach different audiences on different social media.

Imagine building your authority and brand value.

As you are the producer on social media – your content helps social media to run.

Feed the hungry elephant of social media with your content and see the magic.

The only way you can earn money without going to work is when your Digital Avatar works for you.

My Digital Ashish is on social media, building my brand value, audience, and more.

Imagine starting from 0 followers and growing to thousands with a simple strategy I shared.

Because of the above strategy, I landed a speaking engagement in the Webinar Conducted by Graphy.

I was a co-speaker with one of the leading names in Digital Marketing in the Country – Gopal Krishnan.

If you follow the process, you can do the same.

The key is consistency and content. 2C—Consistency and Content will help you generate the third, i.e., Cash.

  • Unlock Financial Freedom: 5 Powerful Ways To Leverage Your Job

Unlock Financial Freedom: 5 Powerful Ways To Leverage Your Job

If you want to attain freedom, read further to understand how. The problem is that you work at your 9 – 5 PM job. You are thinking, how can I gain money, time, and location Freedom?

Time seems to be a distant dream. You want to build your desired life but cannot achieve time or financial freedom.

You wake up every day to go to the job and dream of:

    • More financial freedom
    • Flexible work hours
    • Pursuing your passion
    • Building something of your own

You like your job to the extent that it pays your bills, but something is still missing. You know you are giving the most productive hours to your paycheck that only cover your expenses. The majority of the population in India has a salary between 50k-1L per month.

You have your dreams of financial independence and personal growth. You dream of financial independence at night and return to the job in the morning.

The two factors – dreams and financial independence- are key discussion points during tea and lunch breaks.

Time is slipping out of your hands, and you are no closer to your desires.

Even after trying so many things in the past along with your job, nothing has worked to date, and that makes you more conscious about your job.

That makes you stay connected to your job and allows you not to take any risks because deep inside your heart, you know if you lose your job, you will worry about bills and all payments.

Your 9-5 job serves an essential purpose. It pays the bills, keeps food on the table, and provides security. But for many, it’s not enough.

    What is the solution, then?

Jim Rohn: “If you work on your job, you make a living. If you work on yourself, you will make a fortune.”

I will never tell you to leave your job.

I have not yet achieved financial freedom but a significant percentage of location and time freedom.

I want you to work on yourself, including:

    1. Learning new skills
    2. Reading industry-related books
    3. Building a side business
    4. Networking and relationship-building
    5. Personal health and fitness

If you have a job till 5 PM / 6 PM / 7 PM / 8 / 9 PM, you have at least some time available till midnight.

Whatever it be, you can still take 2-3 hours from your day to build your online business. Either devote 2-3 hours at night after coming from the office. Or devote 2-3 hours in the morning, waking up early. The choice is yours.

The key to breaking your 9-5 Routine is dedicating 6 – 9 AM to personal development.

    This will help you to:

    1. Have financial stability while building your future.
    2.  Invest in yourself without high pressure to create fast results.
    3.  Have transitioned from employee to entrepreneur.
    4.  Create Multiple streams of Income with your financial security.
    5.  Create skills and knowledge that the market values.

Build your health and wealth in the mornings

Why 6-9 AM? Fewer distractions as either family / your room only.

    1. Fresh, well-rested mind. The residual of the office is not there in mind.
    2.  Quiet time for focused work
    3.  Sets a positive tone for the day
    4.  4 Steps to make your 6 – 9 AM work: Your 6-9 AM Blueprint

Set clear goals: Define what you want to achieve during your night/morning hours.

    1.  Create a routine: Establish a consistent ritual.
    2. Focus on high-impact activities: Prioritize tasks that align with your long-term objectives.
    3. Stay committed: Remember, consistency is key to seeing results.

     The Ripple Effect

As you dedicate time to personal growth and side projects, you’ll likely notice positive changes in other areas of your life:

    1.  Increased confidence
    2. Better problem-solving skills
    3. Enhanced creativity
    4. Improved work performance

    Embrace the Challenge

I want you not to leave your 9 -5 PM job, but it should not define your life. Leverage any of the below:

    1. 2 -3 hours at night and 2-3 hours in the morning.
    2. If you leverage your 6 -9 AM, you will build the future you desire.
    3. If you want more out of life, you have to do more.
    4. You have to look beyond your current situation and actions.
    5. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

    This single step can be:

    1.   Night non-distracted hours
    2. Morning dedicated hours.

For night, allocate time. For morning use alarm.

    Achieve beyond 9-5 PM

Can you dream of waking up every morning / working at a night dedicated to shaping your future?

There can be no better fulfillment than when you are shaping your future.

After a few days only, you will see

    1.   Elevated confidence with new skills and knowledge.
    2. Growing bank account with additional income streams
    3. Reduced stress level,l gaining more control over life.
    4. Sense of fulfillment and purpose.

You’ll transition from a stressed, time-starved employee to a confident, financially secure individual with multiple options and the freedom to choose your path.

I can never forget that day when, at 12:18 AM, my digital course was sold automatically. I did not sell to anyone.

I was speaking to my wife and checked an email that someone had purchased the course.

The most striking moment of joy was when I gained some money with zero effort.

More than that, some allowed me to share my knowledge with that person.

That was the beginning of my passive earning.

Now, I have some active earnings and some passive earnings.

Things do sell even if I am sleeping.

  • 4 Powerful Steps to Generate Leads (No Paid Ads!)

4 Powerful Steps to Generate Leads (No Paid Ads!)

Traffic and conversions are the most significant pain for any business on the Internet.

You might be an excellent coach but have nothing if you do not have mentees.

If you are an SBO (Small Business Owner), you need leads for your Business.

The problem is that lead generation costs are high. Costs range from $1 per lead when it is FREE to $20 per lead when you charge $1 for a 3-day workshop. For working professionals and coaches, the biggest problem after creating a course or digital Product is how and where to sell it.

91% of marketers rate lead generation as their #1 goal

The problem with paid ads is that even if you spend money on leads, the quality of the audience is not good. They are cold leads who do not know about you, so there is no trust.

If people like you, they’ll listen to you, but if they trust you, they’ll do business with you. – Zig Ziglar

The average E-commerce conversion rate is around 2.35%

As I have been a coach and worked with coaches and trainers, I know the problems and pains of coaches and Trainers.

    The general statistics:

    1. It takes approximately $1 to get a paid lead for a FREE course, program, or workshop.
    2. The mean cost per lead across all industries is $198.44

    3. Assuming You have generated 100 leads and have spent $100 on 100 leads – the showup rate will be 30 percent. (Assuming all are good leads.) The reality is not the same. The leads are not always good.
    4. Now, from 100 leads, you expect that 30 people will attend your FREE workshop or webinar.
    5. By the time you finish your workshop or webinar, assuming a conversion rate of 10 percent, at least three people will sign up for your course.
    6. If your course price is $33, you will break even in level 1.

Don’t optimize for conversions, optimize for revenue. – Neil Patel

The reality may still be different.

The assumption of 100 quality leads is an assumption. They are cold leads who sign up when they see the ads, even without knowing they signed up.

Embrace what you don’t know, especially in the beginning, because what you don’t know can become your greatest asset. It ensures that you will absolutely be doing things different from everybody else. – Sara Blakely

In the past, as I was into coaching and training, I tried to call people to find out. They often replied that they were unaware they had registered for a webinar/workshop.

As there is an auto-filled form on Facebook, people click and click but do not show up after registration.

Now, if only 30 leads are fine and have some idea that they registered,

Again, an assumption—30 percent will show up, i.e., nine people will attend your session. Assuming 10 percent is your conversion rate, your conversion is 0.90, and you cannot recover even your $100.

How often will you have the rigor and enthusiasm to continue with $100 and make zero money from your expenditure?

Coaches and trainers fail in their journey not because they are not good but because they cannot generate leads.

You, as a coach/trainer, know your subject very well.

You will deliver excellent Live and course content. When you have no leads/participants to whom you will deliver the course and make an impact.

Content is the fuel for your lead generation efforts. – Dayna Rothman

    Master Traffic and Conversions

The problem enlarges when someone who is not a good coach can make big money and laughs at you, saying, “You are no one. You are nothing and not making money.”

I have faced all of these issues and say it from my experience.

Someone good at sales and marketing and average in coaching and training may spit at you with his words.

    This impacts your self-confidence.

    The result of this is:

    1. You always think you lack sales and marketing.
    2. You believe you have created/improved your course to make it the best. This never happens. Once created, unless there is user feedback, it remains the same.
    3. You keep on going in circles and circles.

Your mental state is that I am not getting students for my courses because I am not running ads.

When you run ads, you make losses.

This becomes a vicious cycle for you, leading nowhere.

You keep watching marketers’ coaches grow even when you know you are better than them, but you cannot do anything.

The worst part is when they demean you and brag about their revenue numbers.

They even say, ” You know everything. You know more than me, but why are you not making money? Think about it. In the past XYZ years, I have made multifold money. Have you grown 2, 3, 5, or 20x? I have grown 20x. Why are you not able to grow? Think about it. You have a mental problem. You have a mental block. Even if I help you, you cannot grow because you have a mental block.”

The above comment from someone makes you feel terrible.

You have no choice but to repeat the cycles.

    Linkedin Growth Mastery

While coaching various mentees, I saw the above problem and wondered how to help them with organic leads and traffic.

68% of marketers say social media marketing has helped them generate more leads

Recently, I helped a client attract 1000+ subscribers to their newsletter in a week and generate 10 K+ impressions.

Also, we generated 150+ leads in 10 days, which is approximately 10 leads per day, all organically from LinkedIn.

My client is a wealth coach who helps people grow wealth and come out of debt.

He runs a 3 Days wealth accelerator Workshop.

What I did was I created a quiz that had some questions like this.

I started working on his branding.

The goal was to create impressions and newsletter subscribers.

For the last 14 days, I invested 1-2 hours on his LinkedIn account.

I created replies to some posts. I ensured comments were valuable and not “Thank you for sharing. I liked it.”

The comments came from personal life and personal stories.

I know my client as I know his journey and personality.

    Steps I followed daily:

    1. Engage with 2-3 people every day with meaningful comments on the post.
    2. Post the content that has worked well on the video. I used the down sub to get captions. After downloading, I rewrote the post to make it engaging and lively. This way, there was content on the profile every day.
    3. I posted the same content in various relevant groups to get traffic and impressions.
    4. Utilized the challenge creation tool strategically inside the posts. You Can Create Your FREE Challenge / Quiz here.

This process has helped to generate approximately 10 warm leads per day.

In the value of the number, the project in 14 days has generated approx.

At the time of writing, the process has generated approximately 120+ leads with a minimum value of $240, or $2 per lead.

Out of the above leads, 30 percent have registered for the webinar- this makes the value of the registered leads = 40 x $20 = $800

So, all in all, this process has generated $1000 worth of Leads.

    Bonus

    1. 1100 Newsletter Subscribers
    2. 11k + Impressions

To get the approx value of the above – I asked perplexity this question

The answer received is – the total value of 1,100 newsletter subscribers and 11,000 impressions is approximately $33,079.09.

I also achieved the second-highest impressions on his profile in the past 365 days.

It seems a significant achievement that in the past 14 days, only the second-highest impressions on a post came to his profile.

  • 7 Powerful Steps To Skyrocket Your Side Hustle Today

7 Powerful Steps To Skyrocket Your Side Hustle Today

The problem is that you believe it is challenging to build an online Business with the job.

Your office work occupies your mind and physical space even after office hours. This leaves you to feel there is no way out.

You look for shortcuts in the market, like high-paying schemes. You enroll in them and find that they don’t work.

What works is the fundamentals only. You realize that only fundamentals work, and no strategy or shortcut will work.

You believe the job is fundamental and going to stay forever. You have been working at your job long and have survived. This has made you believe the existing structure/model will keep you employable.

“The dream is free. The hustle is sold separately.” – Unknown

    Your Division of Work

    1. Solid work – Watching your parents on a full-time job your whole life made you believe a job is solid work. Your job will remain forever. Also, you have seen organizations surviving for decades. This has created a new reality. You have seen that the business has been running for generations in a physical business. The job and physical business are solid work for you.

    2. Temporary / Short-term work – The Online Business is temporary/short-term for you.

It may erode with the change in time and technology. There might be changes in the things, and you may fall to zero. This belief prevents you from pursuing the digital business/side hustle. Nothing is permanent; even the so-called permanent-looking work faces issues when things hit. When Covid 2019 hit, I was running my coaching and training institute. I received a letter from the local authorities to shut the classes. After a few days, many things were online except for the physical coaching and training institute. The big jolt was when I could not pay rent and salaries.

The business ran for 6 months, and then I closed it off. Things do not go well.

    Stop Searching for Solid Work

You have been searching for some solid work. A lifelong work like your current job—leading you to believe that a job is the only solution because it is permanent work.

You have faith that if my current company fires me, many other companies will hire me because I have a skill. My skill is a need, not me. As long as my skills are in demand, my job is in demand, and I will always have employment.

Is that true? Dismayed with many job losses and cost-cutting, you always fear what will happen. If your company fires you, you do not know whether you will have an offer immediately or will take time to get a job.

People have been saying, “Stay and survive wherever you are.” This is another kind of fear prevalent in the market, and the fear psychology is working against you. You devote more time and show more availability on the job to stay relevant and worthwhile.

Due to ample supply in the market, your company will get many job seekers, but in your case, you need to survive. You must sail through the present job, letting the days and months pass.

You are waiting for the economy to recover. You are waiting for the job market to get better. You are waiting for the existing company to give you a raise and promotions.

You are very dependent because the mere thought of being jobless for a month gives you jittery feelings.

You have your whole family dependent on the job. There is nothing wrong with thinking that way.

This impacts you mentally and your belief that nothing is outside the job.

You are growing little in your job and have a double impact with the existing ceiling on your Income.

There is a cognitive dissonance that impacts your psychology.

On one hand, you want to leave your job to do something meaningful.

So, you believe there is no other way than the job to survive.

Even after many years, one does not have a corpus to help one survive a job loss.

You have created Emis – Home loan, Car, and credit card EMI with your job.

You are doing two parallel jobs together.

    Working for your organization.

Working for the banks to pay your home loan, car loan, and credit card EMI.

This duality is taking your time, energy, money, and effort.

You invested in technology, courses, media, and other things. All need time and effort.

You have invested in coaches, expecting them to work for you.

In the end, you realize that you only have to do everything. No course, coach, or anything else will work for you.

This dissatisfaction is impacting your emotions and mentally.

When you are at work, you think about something extra, a side hustle.

At home, you are thinking about the work in the office because that is your pattern.

Your mind wants a solution – you search for something online. You watch some random reels/videos and caleone. During the call, you share what is and is not happening in your life.

You talk all about your job that it is not allowing you to grow. Then, you ask for a business / some idea over the call. You get the business idea / some idea over the call, and one hour is gone. By disconnecting the call, you reject the idea, too. As you believe, the person on the other side cannot understand your concern and what you are facing. The days and months have passed, expecting the miracle to happen. Things remain the same, and you are back at the end of the day and waiting for the other day to

    7-Step Process To Side Hustle

“Good things happen to those who hustle.” – Anais Nin

The Indian e-commerce market is projected to reach $163 billion by 2026, growing at a CAGR of 27%.

The number of online shoppers in India is expected to reach 300 million by 2030, up from 163 million in 2026

India’s quick commerce market in the hyperlocal mobility space is predicted to grow to $5.5 billion by 2025

You will not create a side hustle unless you do something that builds you and your brand.

You can do all this even without letting your employers know you exist.

I want you to follow the seven steps.

    1. Dedicate 2 hours daily after work hours.

Fuel your kitchen with 9-5 Income and your Side / Secondary Income with 6-9 AM work. All you need is 2 hours from 6 PM to 9 AM—a dedicated 2 hours to build your structure and schedule.

    2. Identify your Niche and expertise—

You cannot go out in the market talking about everything you know. Because of your life experiences, you can talk about health, wealth, or relationships. Please choose one where you feel confident sharing some knowledge. That may come from your past expertise/accomplishments. Check where in life you have accomplishments. Choose one.

    3. Share content about your expertise and build your voice –

I want you to share whatever you know about your expertise. Start with (WEIK) Whatever I know about …

The simplest start method is to write on X threads / Substack notes. Read other people’s posts about the topic you love to read and share. See how they are writing and what they are doing to share the content.

    4. Let people know you exist—The most significant factor is visibility. You need to tell the world that you exist. Create content on the topic you like / love / are known for, i.e., your niche. Once you have written that content on any social media, market it. Please share it with some groups/friends and let the audience engage with your content. Let the world know that you exist.

    5. Engage with people and build your audience—You do not have to create fresh content. People are creating content, and you can do what you do in everyday life, i.e., giving advice. Repeat the same. Share your views on the topics to build your knowledge/authority. Sooner or later, people will like your perspective. The audience of other people will become your audience.

    6. Bring people from social media to your email list. Once you have built the audience, you can do the monetization of your knowledge. What I do is I always bring people from my social media to my FREE course.

They can access my FREE course, plus I also have access to their emails that help me to send valuable content and offers. It is a win-win situation. They get valuable content and sometimes offers from me. Sooner / later, my content your content will get monetized.

    7. Share knowledge in your newsletters—

This is the tact I do every Saturday. You are reading this as a newsletter only. I share one valuable piece of content that can help my audience. They get value out of the newsletter, and I get the attention and Trust of my audience. Become the problem brand known for providing solutions to people’s problems.

  • Escape The Social Media Trap: 2-Hour Routine For Digital Business

Escape The Social Media Trap: 2-Hour Routine For Digital Business

    Stop Building Other People’s Business

Keeping watch the reels and let others build their business.

When scrolling, others build a digital business with your social media scrolling.

As of October 2024, there are 5.22 billion social media users worldwide, representing a massive opportunity for engagement and growth.

“Social media is not just an activity; it’s an investment of valuable time and resources.” – Sean Gardner.

You are watching the reels. They are creating the reels.

You are commenting on their reels. They are engaging with people.

You are a consumer. They are creators.

When it comes to social media, internally, you feel you should not watch it, but then somehow you scroll and one hour elopes.

When working in the office, lunch breaks and some tea breaks allow you to scroll media, but it is always a struggle.

Internally, you feel you should not watch it.

Externally, you feel let me learn something or get me entertained.

The first shorts / the first reel is the starting point, and then you do not know when you are so deeply immersed in social media that you forget time and 30 minutes are over.

You feel bad that you have wasted 30 minutes of precious time.

Research shows that individuals spend an average of 2 hours and 19 minutes daily on social media, about 14% of their waking hours.

This time could be better utilized for personal branding and business growth.

“You are what you tweet.” – Alex Tew

You are back to whatever you are doing.

Guard Your Thoughts and Social Media

The problem doesn’t end with your work. The self-image that you generate here impacts you.

There is continuous self-talk: “ You are a time waster, a social media hooker, and you do not value your time. You are where you are because of habits.”

The above statements are correct, but they don’t help you in any way.

Do you remember your childhood when you had to study and woke up late?

As you wake up late from the scheduled time, “you start crying, or you feel so bad that for the next hour, you are into the deep emotions of getting up late and internal thoughts that make you cry.”

That has not helped you when you were a child. The same thing is not helping you here.

If you could change something in the past, it would be, ” OK, I woke up late 1 hour. No problem. Now, let me devote and concentrate fully on the available time. “

You did just the opposite. You are not a child now.

Stop blaming yourself and demeaning your self-image. The self-image you carry in the office affects you as a person in the office and even at home.

This impacts various aspects of your life. When the little voice from inside says, “You are a mindless socialmediaaholic. You waste time. You have no value for time. You are where you are because of habits. You are a thief stealing office time.”

The statements may be factual. Are they supporting you? Are they helping you in any case?

    Stop labeling yourself as –

    1. Time waster
    2. Social media aholic
    3. Unproductive,
    4. bad habits, picker
    5. mindless social media watcher,
    6. cheater stealing office time

All that will not stop by itself. The little voice inside has been the product of your habits. You do not control that little voice inside.

It results from all the actions you take and your self-image. The moment your self-image becomes positive, the inner talk is supportive.

Your radio cassette will play inside your mind now:

    1. You are the best employee in the office.
    2. You are the most productive person.
    3. You utilize your time most effectively.

Guard your thoughts and let your inner voice/self-talk be positive.

Keep scrolling on social media, but guard your thoughts.

Stop impacting your life with your unwilling actions.

Start impacting your Life by willing actions.

Do that supports you mentally, physically, and emotionally.

    2-Hour To Digital Business

Flip the coin and start using social media to build your online income.

    Stop building other people’s Businesses.

Stop feeding your feed with other people’s content.

    Write something that is reading-worthy.

    Speak something that is listening-worthy.

Videograph something that is watching-worthy. Stop the mindless watching and consuming.

    Start mindful watching and consuming.

“Content is king, but engagement is queen. And she rules the social media kingdom.” – Amy Jo Martin

    Process:

    1. Dedicate a time for social media.
    2. Engage with other people on social media.
    3. Grow your social media on social media.
    4. Dedicate a time for social media.
    5. Engage with other people on social media.
    6. Grow your social media on social media.

    Content Machine To Profit

Stop feeding other people’s Businesses and start feeding your Business.

Even if you are working, you can utilize your Free self-gratifying reels watching minutes to boost your business.

Create a social media profile and keep creating something related to your niche.

Start by writing about your expertise/knowledge/interests on the social media you follow.

That may be Twitter, threads, or even substack notes.

I have been working on my social media routine, just engaging in other people’s posts.

Most of the time, this brings followers and comments.

Imagine utilizing other people’s audiences to your benefit.

If you do this, you can build your audience while working full-time.

Instead of binge-watching, feeding other people’s business, binge-engaging with other people‘s posts, and the magic will unfold.

Engaging with others’ content can significantly boost your visibility and follower growth.

On average, four out of 10 LinkedIn users organically engage with a business page every week.

“Social media is about sociology and psychology more than technology.” – Brian Solis.

Allow other people to know about you.

  • The Freedom Discipline (How To Utilise it to Build Your Side Hustle)

The Freedom Discipline (How To Utilise it to Build Your Side Hustle)

The problem is you feel indisciplined. You are not indisciplined. You feel indisciplined.

You want to be disciplined, but things are still slipping away.

The only place you are disciplined is your job. That is a forced discipline coming from outside.

You have decided to start an online Business alongside your job, but you need more discipline.

Some days, you are in your working room, i.e., your war room, at 6 p.m.; other days, you are at 9 p.m.; some days, you cannot even touch your system.

You have been trying and moving from one system to another, one coach to another, and one model to another.

The reality is- it is about something other than the model, system, or coach. It was never about them. It was always about you. Your belief works everywhere.

At present, you go to work every day, and you are disciplined. You believe that if you go to work every day, money will come at the end of the month. That is a truth, too.

There is a belief system, and so are your actions aligned. All your actions lead to one thing: reporting to the office on time. If it is 9 AM, by hook or crook, you will report at 9 AM.

If your reporting time is 8:30 AM, you will report to the office by 8:30 AM.

Remember the day when you have to catch a flight / board a train? You are the most disciplined individual. At least you will catch the flight, bus, train, whatever.

Why the same discipline did not work for your dreams? Ideally, the discipline that you carry on your job is forced.

It is not a self-imposed discipline. You know that you have to reach the office and do the job.

You complete your daily tasks on the job irrespective of whether you have a feel for it or not.

Whether you say, “I do not feel like working today,” no feelings work. First, you have to reach the workplace, and second, you must do the daily tasks. Your everyday tasks for 30 days will take up a significant chunk of your month, and you will get a salary at the end of the month.

Why do you cannot practice the same discipline when working toward your dreams?

The dream is to get freedom. The dream is to start something independently and attain freedom from your job.

    The Digital Opportunity in India

Before we dive into the solution, let’s look at the immense potential for online businesses in India:

    1. According to a 2024 report by NASSCOM, India’s digital economy is projected to reach $1 trillion by 2025, growing at a CAGR of 27%.
    2. A recent LinkedIn study shows that 82% of Indian professionals are considering a career change, and 62% are interested in starting their own business.
    3. India’s internet users are expected to reach 900 million by 2025, creating a vast market for digital entrepreneurs.

As you cannot build your side income dream, this impacts your work and the journey.

When you reach the office, you may wonder, “Why am I here? “Is this the right place? “

You believe you should choose another way, but all your actions are completed only in a job. You can also not give 100 percent to your job because you are not 100 percent on the job.

Your mind is on the job, but your heart and soul are elsewhere.

As long as you are on the job and working, you are not thinking about the side hustle.

When your job ends, you seek another income source to fuel your dreams and freedom.

This is impacting you mentally and physically. It is taking up your mental space and physical time.

This leads to a self-conclusion that “I am not disciplined.”

In reality, you are not an indisciplined person. You have a habit of being indisciplined when creating a side hustle beyond your job.

You are 100 percent sure in your job and getting the rewards after 30 days.

In the case of your side hustle / online business, the rewards are not guaranteed after 30 days.

    Do you know?

    1. Creating content on YouTube generates money, not immediately, but definitely.
    2. Writing content on your blog takes time to build an audience.
    3. Writing the content on a medium generates money after some time.
    4. Writing and recording videos on X, Threads, and Facebook generates money after some time, but definitely.
    5. Recording your courses and selling them generates money after some time.
    6. Selling your consultation generates money after some time.
    7. Building your brand on social media generates money after some time.
    8. Creating your ebook on Amazon takes time to make money.

Through discipline comes freedom – Aristotle

The Solution is to create discipline in your work. Do this to build your online business with the job.

Steps to Create the Online Business / Side Hustle:

    1. Set Aside any 2 hours out of 6 – 9 AM
    2. Dedicate 15 minutes of planning
    3. Write for the next 45 – 50 Minutes / record a video on the topic of your expertise.
    4. Share some snippets of your work on social media.
    5. Continue the above activity for 6 days.
    6. Create a significant form of content over the weekend after you have had the data analysis.

The process I adopt to Build my Online Business

    1. I set aside 2 hours for my work to write daily.
    2. I open my Tweet Hunter account at the beginning of the session to understand the data and analytics. I then find the most engaging content from the analysis.
    3. I pick the title and topic once I have the most engaging content.
    4. I bring that to my notion of working space.
    5. I start writing using a copywriting model on that topic. A simple copywriting model can be PASTOR (Problem, Agitation, Story, Transformation, Offer and Review)
    6. In the 2 hours, My content is ready using the copywriting model.
    7. I would publish part of the content on X, Threads, and other social media.
    8. I will sit for another writing streak, look for the analytics and data, and repeat.
    9. I will publish my Blog, Newsletter on Medium and Email every Saturday.
    10. I will repeat each step from 1-9.

    Let Compounding Work for You

If you have been struggling with your discipline to create a side income with your job discipline, you can follow the above process.

For the last many months, I have been following the same process above, which is helping me.

    1. Build my social media presence and branding.
    2. Building my audience through social media.
    3. Building my audience in my newsletters.
    4. Building my email lists.
    5. Creating subscribers for my courses and programs – This is initially FREE.
    6. Creating an auto sales funnel from social media.
    7. Creating an auto sales funnel on YouTube.
    8. Creating affiliate income.
    9. Creating the One-time offer buyers for my courses and programs.

Imagine waking up and watching a sale amount happening. You will get 100K from your salary in a job from one place only. When it comes to online money, the same money will come from different places, i.e., multiple sources.

Initially, you may get little money/revenue from your online income streams.

The power of compounding works here, and your small paying accounts will become prominent.

    7 Days to Digital Business

If you are still wondering how to create an Online Business or side income with your job, you can enroll in the FREE text-based course 7 Days to Digital Business.

    Summary

You may find yourself disciplined in your job due to external pressures but need help applying the same discipline to your aspirations, such as creating an online business.

This lack of self-imposed discipline often leads to:

    • Inconsistent work schedules for personal projects.
    • Jumping between different systems, coaches, and models.
    • Feeling unfulfilled in their current job.
    • Mental and physical strain from divided focus.

The core issue lies not in the chosen model, system, or coach but in the individual’s belief system and actions.

To build an online business alongside a full-time job, the text proposes a structured approach:

    1. Dedicate consistent time: Set aside 2 hours daily, preferably between 6-9 AM
    2. Plan efficiently: Spend 15 minutes planning
    3. Create content: Write or record a video for 45-50 minutes on your area of expertise
    4. Share on social media: Post snippets of your work
    5. Maintain consistency: Repeat this process for 6 days a week
    6. Analyze and expand: Use weekends for data analysis and creating longer-form content

    The Process

    1. Allocate 2 hours for daily writing
    2. Analyze data from social media tools (e.g., TweetHunter)
    3. Choose a topic based on engagement metrics
    4. Use a copywriting model (e.g., PASTOR) to structure content
    5. Publish portions of content on various social media platforms
    6. Repeat the process, focusing on analytics and data
    7. Publish longer-form content (blog, newsletter) Weekly

By following this disciplined approach, You can:

    • Build a strong social media presence and personal brand
    • Grow their audience across platforms
    • Develop email lists and newsletter subscribers
    • Create free and paid courses/programs
    • Establish automated sales funnels
    • Generate multiple income streams (affiliate income, course sales, etc.)

Do not look at the initial Returns -look at the compounding of the significant growth you will have over time.

    Conclusion

Building an online business/side income with your job is not easy but challenging and possible.

The key lies in utilizing the power of discipline—the same discipline you already apply to your day job. You can unlock the path to freedom and financial independence by redirecting this disciplined approach to your aspirations.

Remember, the core of your success isn’t about finding the perfect system, coach, or model. It’s about cultivating a consistent, disciplined approach to your goals. You can gradually build your online presence and business by spending time daily, planning efficiently, creating valuable content, and maintaining consistency.

The beauty of this approach is its compound effect. While initial returns may seem small, persistent effort over time can lead to significant growth across multiple income streams.

Your social media is your content distribution system, bringing traffic and sales. Expand your presence and grow your audience, and your money-making potential will increase.

When you apply discipline to your online business endeavors, you work towards freedom—time, money, and location freedom. You are moving away from a single source of income and the limitations of being dependent on traditional income.

Remember, every successful online entrepreneur started precisely where you are now. The difference lies in their commitment to discipline and consistent action. So, take that first step, stick to your schedule, and watch your online business grow alongside your full-time job. Your future self will thank you for the freedom and opportunities you’ve created through your disciplined efforts today.

The Value Equation: How To Multiply Money Creation Through Value Creation

The problem is that you think you are in a money-creation business.

As a working professional, you are used to understanding the mechanics of money, i.e., going to the office, coming back home, and creating money through salary at the end of the month.

This traditional approach, however, is becoming increasingly challenging in today’s rapidly evolving economy. According to a recent report by NASSCOM, India’s IT sector is expected to face a potential job loss of 3 million by 2024 due to automation and changing skill requirements.

There is nothing wrong with this money-creation process. You believe that to make more money, you need to work more hours, get a better-paying job, or take an extra job.

But is this sustainable in the long run?

“In this new world, you have to be a lifelong learner. You have to be curious, resilient and imaginative.” – Nandan Nilekani, Co-founder of Infosys

If you look at the above keywords, you are searching for:

    1. More work
    2. Better paying
    3. Extra job

You are seeking more work, payment, and an extra job in all the above cases. Indirectly, you are looking for more work, which further burdens you.

In your present job, you are already stressed with deadlines, bosses on the top of your head, and a daily fighting job.

You are looking for more bosses on your head, more stress, and compensation for more stress. Boss and work = money.

In your present job, you are already stressed with deadlines, bosses on the top of your head, and a daily fighting job. The impact of this constant stress is evident in the rising cases of burnout among Indian professionals. A 2023 survey by LinkedIn found that 55% of Indian professionals reported feeling burned out, with work-related stress being the primary cause.

.You are looking for more bosses on your head, more stress, and compensation for more stress. Boss and work = money. This equation, however, is rapidly changing in the digital age.

All of the above looks good and satisfying when you are 21 and fresh out of college or university after your master’s program at the beginning of your career.

When you are already in a job, this is a trap to keep you surviving and in the loop.

    The impact of this is:

    1. You are constantly under stress, non-focused, and seeking an escape from being in the same boat.
    2. Unknowingly, you demand more stress, work, pressure, and non-freedom.

You are responsible for your family and need monthly funds to keep the family and its goals alive. You have planned for your children’s education, and there are financial goals. There might be a home loan or car loan, at least on your head, that never allows you to make any risky decision, even though the risk is only some percent.

    The impact of this is:

You feel you are in a trap.

In one place, you are looking for freedom from your job/work, while in another, you are looking for a new job and more work. Both are contradictory.

As you are demanding more pressure and work, you will get it sooner or later.

What you search for – you get it sooner or later.

Even when you come home, you are looking for freelancer opportunities or talking to a friend to earn more income from other freelance work/freelancer jobs.

The time you should have allowed to the family is spent speaking to people and searching for new job opportunities.

Assuming your current job pays you 1 Lac Rupees and takes 8–10 hours from you.

Being optimistic means you get a new job/freelancer job that pays you 10%-20% more.

You will generate 20K more from the new job/freelancer work.

Being extra positive, your current job will give you a 7 percent raise, plus your new job will give you a 20 percent raise, so your new total will be 27 percent higher than your current job’s.

An extra 20-27 percent from 1 Lac to 120K in a year is a good raise.

    Can you raise it further?

Can we make it 200K in total?

You have a total of 24 hours in a day. Six hours you will sleep.

Assuming your current job starts at 9 AM and ends by 6 PM, add 1 hour more to get ready, plus commute time.

Nine hours on the job. 2 hours commute, and returning to your home time.

Add 1 hour more to start the work

Your present job officially takes 9 hours. It is a 12-hour job.

Because of your new job/work, you will add two more hours, for 14-15 hours.

You have no time left for family.

    You cannot grow further.

    There is a ceiling.

    You are overstressed.

The maximum growth you could hit is 20-27 percent; you are done and cannot grow further.

Start Creating Value: Transform Your Content into a Business that Creates Digital Value

Transform Your Content into a Business that Creates Digital Value

You are accustomed to renting your time and efforts.

The solution is to stop renting your time and start creating Value.

The process is to create value and multiply it continuously.

In a traditional job, you deliver value every day. If you are absent from your job, you cannot create value. You need to return to the workplace to create value and results.

    The process is :

    1. Create Value in the form of content
    2. Amplify it and multifold it using technology leverage.

Your Digital Avatar should create value daily, even in your absence.

    Process:

    1. Understand your target audience’s pain points. Understand what your prospective customers want. What are they dealing with hourly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually?
    2. Write / Record a piece of content – Answer their crucial pain points as content. Write/record content to answer your customer’s pain points.
    3. Leverage social media platforms to multifold the value you are creating with your content.
    4. Engage with people who comment, like, and share your content.

Example—If your target audience’s main problem is earning something extra beyond job hours to uplift the quality of life or increase earnings, create content addressing the problem/pain. You can write and record video or audio. Share the solution to that problem in your content. Leverage Social media and technology to distribute content. Now, Your Digital Avatar is ready to take the flight. Like my digital Ashish, it has been working with you all along.

  • Awaken Your Dream : Do This To Make It Happen in 2025

Awaken Your Dream : Do This To Make It Happen in 2025

    You have a dream!

Martin Luther King Jr. famously said, “I have a dream,” in his historic speech on August 28, 1963, during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.

We are about to bid farewell to another year, 2024, but you may find yourself in a similar position in the same job and watching your dreams slowly fade.

You are trapped in the cycle of job insecurity and stagnant growth.

According to the Centre for Monitoring the Indian Economy (CMIE), the unemployment rate in India stood at 8% in 2023-24, with nearly 37 million people actively seeking jobs.

The workforce is significant, with fewer opportunities, but you can create your path.

The biggest problem in India is that we are afraid to take risks. We are happy with what we have. – Sudha Murty

You are not alone if you struggle without moving closer to your dreams.

Every day, you are bombarded with shiny object syndrome. Social media is in flux, with celebrities becoming megastars and your friends and colleagues becoming superstars, at least on social media, and you feel left out.

Every time you visit social media and see person X, he/she is achieving, and you are left out.

You are back to your routine/job and facing the same grind, hoping to leave the job someday.

Every day after work, you reach home and decide to do something toward your goals, but a lot of distractions and social media binge-watching keep you away from them.

You plan your weekends to be most productive after 6 days of working.

The moment it is Sunday, it is your day. You are late from your schedule; by the time you decide to do something, it is already noon, and you are done for the day.

This keeps on happening and happening.

The reason is you are playing and trying to achieve the goals that you haven’t created.

Those goals are given to you by someone else.

You have very little time left for the goals that give you energy and power, rekindle your spirit, and much more.

For some people, the goal is to join the company’s top ranks. They are self-motivated and always available.

They are available on weekdays and weekends for the job.

They are playing for the goal they have seen, visualized, and wanted to achieve.

In your case, it is different from the goal that you want to pursue.

The impact is that the goals you are trying to achieve in the organization and your personal goals suffer as you are 50-50 everywhere.

    The problem doesn’t end here.

As you are 50-50 in the organization. You are 50-50 on your goal also.

You want to create something of your own, but when you start something, you are reminded of your job.

You have been doing this for a long time, spending a decade following this path without reaching anywhere.

You feel the frustration that you share with your family and friends.

Guilt, fear, and negative self-talk always prevent you from moving ahead.

The consequences of staying stuck in this rut are far-reaching.

Not only does it impact your financial well-being, but it also takes a toll on your mental health and personal relationships.

The pressure to conform to societal expectations – to climb the corporate ladder, buy a house, and provide for your family – can be overwhelming, especially when your current job fails to meet these aspirations.

    Regain Your Power

The solution is gaining the power back.

That is why I always say to work from 6 to 9 AM. Bring back your productivity and miracles.

Dedicate time to your goal every day.

Pick some hobby. Pick a goal to create a side income.

Please do not take it as a burden.

    Make it a game.

In every game, you have levels.

    Create a game.

Pick a social media account now.

Improve your profile. Build your Banner, Image, and Bio, and start interacting with people.

    Read the posts of people.

Follow the influencers in your domain / chosen niche.

    Engage in their posts.

Build a network and influence outside the platform.

The moment it becomes a game, you will keep on winning.

    Play it, play along.

Here’s how you can begin today:

    1. Assess your skills: Make a list of your professional and personal strengths.
    2. Identify your passion: What topics could you talk about for hours without getting bored?
    3. Research your market: Use tools like Google Trends to see what Indians are searching for online.
    4. Choose your platform: Start with one platform (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, or a blog) and master it.
    5. Create valuable content: Share your knowledge and insights consistently.
    6. Build your network: Connect with like-minded professionals and potential mentors.
    7. Invest in learning: Set aside time daily to upskill yourself in digital marketing and business strategies.

Transformation: Build Your Social Media Branding and Influence

Imagine dedicating time daily to building your social media branding and influence.

Irrespective of the topic, work on social media.

Wake up every day to write out your chosen topic.

    Write on X

    Write on Facebook

    Write on LinkedIn

    wherever you feel like writing.

    Writing clears your mind.

If you start writing and sharing your thoughts.

Soon, you will see that people will interact with you – like you and share your work.

Whichever work of yours is liked by people.

    Keep sharing more with people.

Convert your best-liked posts to videos.

Build your brand, influence, and your authentic persona.

This is what I do with people in the Coaching Profit Accelerator.

We meet at 5 AM and work on our goals.

We take the best part of the day, the most productive part, to fulfill our dreams even before the day starts.

Dream is not that which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep. – Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

The most productive time is 3 hours to reach the goals that I love and desire. Build in your 6-9 AM.

  • Build Digital Business Without Compromising Current Job

Build Digital Business Without Compromising Current Job

How can I build a digital business without compromising my current job?

If this question is in your mind – keep reading.

According to a recent study, 45% of full-time employees have a side hustle, yet many need help to grow it into a sustainable business. Zapier, “Side Hustle Report: 40% of Americans Have a Side Job” (2022)

After working for a few years, you now believe you can start your entrepreneurial venture.

But fear of failure, lack of time, uncertainty, and clarity hold you back.

What if you could build a successful digital business without sacrificing your job security or personal life?

What if you could create a pathway to financial freedom and professional fulfillment without burning out?

Content is the best way to build authority in your domain.

You are not creating the content, so your thoughts and philosophy are not reaching the masses.

Many dream of becoming thought leaders, but only some have achieved that.

You are in a job and working 8-10 hours. Out of 24 hours, the job leaves you only a few hours.

if it is a 9-6 PM job. Your employer governs 9-6 PM.

    1. The 6 PM – 9 AM?

In whichever domain you want to be a thought leader, there is a 10000-hour rule.

If I say you can devote 2 hours daily to your skill/craft and 4 hours on weekends, I assume your Saturday is on. Then, you will devote 16 hours per week, i.e., 64 hours per month. In a year, you will devote 768 hours. With this pace, you can master your game in 13 years.

I have taken the slowest pace. If you double it, you will take six years.

If you triple it, it will take only three years.

Whatever the case, numbers don’t matter. What matters is whether you are putting in the required hours daily.

    2. Build Your Voice

Russel Bruson says that if you work on a platform for 365 days – you never have to work for money.

Your first 50-100 pieces of content will bore people because you are boring. After that, you will build your voice.

For the first 50- pieces of content, you are mastering your craft.

Learn to build and Learn to Sell. If you do both – you become unstoppable – Naval Ravikant.

You believe you have already worked 8-10 hours at your job, and now it is your right to relax and enjoy yourself.

After working five days /6 days full day – you deserve a Saturday / Sunday with complete rest.

Working on your entrepreneurial dream with your full-time job is not a small task.

It requires dedication, strategic planning, and efficient time management.

    You are right

But where is it leading you? It leads you to the same pond to drink the same water. It is leading you to the same job to do it repeatedly.

You hope to move from one job to another to take 10-30% salary growth.

People will remain people. The job that initially satisfies you with more money will become your new normal.

After a month / two, the job will stop kicking you, and you will be the same.

Your actions are more towards completing the job and looking for a new job, and the cycle repeats.

You expect a 100-200-300 percent jump because some people are making that money.

How are they able to make it?

Why are they making that money?

They have become the thought leader.

Out of some 1000 people in the organization – one person will be chosen as a CEO.

    What is your probability?

What if the organization brings that from outside?

My friend Sandeep Gupta remarks, “Go to the office, come back home. Go to the office, come back home.”

This is where your life is, and you sometimes feel stuck.

You believe you have much more potential.

During the work hours, you are focused and engaged. There is no distraction.

Work has become the new normal. You know all the tactics—how to survive on the job and remain valuable to the organization.

This is, ideally, a big task. Yes, it is a big task

What you think and believe about yourself is different.

What you are woking is differnent.

You think I can make 5-10 lacs a month if I am not in the job, but you make 1 Lac a month in the job.

This gap between your thoughts and reality keeps you on the job.

Keep doing the work. Doing/leaving the job is not essential here.

What is important is working on your craft.

    3. Build your product / Business

You do not need to leave the job to create your product/service.

You need a dedicated 2-hour daily work to build your product/service.

Many aspiring entrepreneurs are overwhelmed, trying to get everything right, including their day jobs, family responsibilities, and budding businesses.

As Chris Guillebeau notes in his book “Side Hustle: From Idea to Income in 27 Days”:

“The challenge isn’t coming up with ideas; it’s making ideas happen. And to make ideas happen, you have to be able to take action without getting overwhelmed.”

Many face a core struggle when trying to start a digital business alongside their full-time job. The key is to break down the process into manageable steps and create a sustainable routine.

    Ok, let’s share the process.

    4. Answer these questions:

    1. What are you good at?
    2. What do you love doing?
    3. What is the problem that you can solve uniquely in the marketplace?
    4. For what you can be paid for

I have worked with hundreds of professionals to identify their Niche and help them become the thought leaders in the desired domain.

    5. Follow The daily process

    1. Set aside 2 hours for deep work.
    2. Start writing about your topic in 1-2 hours.
    3. Post your creation on the social media of your choice.
    4. Repurpose and repeat your best work in different places.

If you follow these four steps, I can say, “Meet me after one year, and you will not be the same person.”

Implementing these strategies can lead to significant transformation. Take the case of Pat Flynn, who started his digital business while working as an architect. In his book “Will It Fly?”, Flynn shares: “I started my first online business as a side project, working on it during lunch breaks and after my day job. Within a year, my side hustle generated more income than my full-time job.”

Flynn’s experience illustrates that with persistence and the right approach, it’s possible to build a thriving digital business without initially quitting your day job.

Get my 7 Days to Digital Business FREE to create your product and brand, leading to Digital Wealth discreetly.

It would be best if you had more focus and clarity of direction, and you would become unstoppable.

Imagine writing daily, creating your product/service, and becoming the thought leader in your domain.

What satisfaction will you witness in your work hours because you are already building your name post-work hours?

Your company doesn’t penalize you for sharing your views about a topic/content. I don’t believe so.

As I have previously worked in a university teaching Economics, I have wondered, “What problem will my university have if I write on social media about Economics?”

What problem will my university have ” if I am invited to speak on the topic of Economics on podcasts and at various places?”

Your brand building will help the organization.

Your organization will feel valuable having you in the organization.

When you look for a change – Your brand will help you command more value.

Warren Buffet says, “Price is what you pay. Value is what you receive.”

Price the amount your employer paid you to employ you. Value is what you bring to the table as an Employee.

Are you ready to take the first step toward your digital entrepreneurship journey? Remember, every successful digital business starts with a single action. What will yours be?

  • The Delusion Of Hard Work (And Why It Won’t Make You Online Entrepreneur)

The Delusion Of Hard Work (And Why It Won’t Make You Online Entrepreneur)

You are struggling to grow your social media audience because you are inconsistent.

Social media has millions of followers and free traffic all along.

The problem is that you cannot be consistent on social media.

    This is hurting you subconsciously.

You have decided to be a weekend warrior to build your digital business, but you skip some Saturdays and Sundays.

You are posting something here and there with little to no results.

Sometimes, even you feel you should build your audience on social media.

This inconsistency on social media is impacting your subconscious.

You know many other creators / so-called mentors of yours have grown big on social media.

They are posting regularly and getting a lot of content views, and you wonder how.

They started with a low audience but later became consistent in their craft and honed their skills.

There is an internal struggle that you face:

Inside, you want to grow like a creator with millions of followers and engagement.

Outside, you are shying away from posting the content.

You do something, and then you leave.

At times, you feel you should not be posting on social media.

Other times, you feel you should be on social media.

This internal dialogue and dilemma prevent you from progressing and hurt your growth.

The Problem: Inconsistency in the Digital Landscape

Many professionals venture into creating blogs, YouTube channels, or social media accounts with dreams of building a thriving side business.

Yet, after a few weeks or months of random posting, they are discouraged by a lack of growth and engagement.

The excitement fades, and the digital dream stands canceled, leaving them right back where they started – trapped in the cycle of trading time for money.

According to a report by NASSCOM, while India has over 750 million internet users, only a tiny fraction successfully monetize their online presence. The potential is immense, but the execution often falls short.

All this is impacting you across levels.

In the job, you are less focused as you intend to grow on social media.

You have seen people making good value on social media with the audience.

    This is impacting your self-confidence.

The game is not about how much you can do.

The game is about how resilient you can become to negative external impacts.

You have to be mentally tough to accept the blows that you receive.

You will receive some blows from your family for not giving time to them because you are building your brand on social media.

Be ready to face those questions and arguments.

I have personally experienced all those things where I was not available for family but available for social media.

I even faced tough questions from my sibling – why do you want this shortcut?

For people, building an audience and creating money online is a shortcut.

The physical world understands the digital world less.

Because of your negative external influences / internal self-talk/procrastination, you lose.

Negative external influences + Self-image + Negative internal dialogue = Missed social media, missed audience, and missed results.

Imagine spending years climbing the corporate ladder, only to realize that your true passions and potential remain untapped.

The frustration of watching others achieve online success while you struggle to gain traction can be disheartening.

Moreover, the pressure to maintain a steady income can stifle entrepreneurial ambitions in a culture that emphasizes financial stability and family responsibilities.

As Ratan Tata once said, “I don’t believe in making the right decisions. I take decisions and then make them right.” But how can one make decisions “right” in the unpredictable digital business world?

    Do This To Succeed Online

    1. Post regularly. There is a saying—whoever is visible gets sold. Pick 2-3 platforms and post regularly. Your schedule maybe twice a week or daily; follow that. Following your schedule will help your content be visible to others.
    2. Engage regularly—When you start posting content on social media, you will not have visitors to your content. You have to bring visitors to your content. You must engage with other people’s posts to get eyeballs on your content. You can do this on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram—it works for any social media.Engage, engage, engage – Engage on other people’s posts and gain traction and traffic.
    3. Analyze the data – Analysing data is critical. If you do not analyze data, you will not be able to understand which kind of content drives results. Know your audience and know your content. Engagements on your social media posts and videos share much about your posts and content. As the AI runs the brain of the social media algorithm- if your content has value and driving content – understand very well that AI has picked some critical data elements in your content that it would recommend to others. What I do is post on X initially. From there, I get the analytics using Tweet Hunter. Whatever is my most performing post, I will iterate and iterate. I would repurpose it on different social media. I would test that content on different social media platforms.

Personally, I have seen that whatever works on one platform works on other platforms, too. The AI of the social media algorithm has picked up something that is helping you.

Follow the steps 1-3 to drive results.

Post regularly, Engage with your audience, and Analyse the data. Consistency, engagement, and data will drive results.

    The Process of Auto Sales

Imagine having auto sales from your content. The results are the metrics of the content.

I remember one of my $7 products automatically selling at 12:18 AM. This is the power of social media.

Imagine you have a lot of engagement from your social media posts and content, building your audience and traffic.

Your audience is the traffic to your sales page.

I am getting some or the other low-ticket sales from my social media content, primarily YouTube videos, every day.

People are watching the content and buying 24 × 7 whenever they want.

This is the power of digital and social media leverage.

Your digital brand is ready to deliver trust, audience, traffic, and conversions.

There are Home loans, Credit cards, and many other Emis that keep you hooked on your job.

You cannot devote 100 percent of your time and energy to your job, but the job demands it.

You question yourself, “Why am I doing what I am doing?”

    The problem doesn’t stop here.

After working long hours in the office or from home, you decide to do something for yourself but are disturbed by one question. “What should I do?”

Even if you find time in the evenings or weekends, you may be unsure how to create a side income or online business.

You just flip channels on your TV screen, being helpless.

You watch some random YouTube videos to learn something here and there, but nothing works for you.

Your self-doubt, fear, and guilt increase, which hampers other aspects of your life and family.

Think about your typical morning routine.

You want to snooze the alarm just to sleep more, then rush to the office without having breakfast.

A survey by WorkFront found that 58% of American workers are so busy with daily tasks that they lack time to consider anything but their immediate to-do list.

This reactive approach to your day is costing you more than you realize.

The average employee is only productive for 2 hours and 53 minutes per workday.

That’s less than half of a standard 8-hour shift!

Now, imagine if you could harness your most productive hours before your workday even begins.

    What is the solution

The solution is utilizing your most productive hours.

The most productive hours are those that wake you up in the morning.

Or you can make use of 6 -9 AM.

The real hustle starts when you finish your 9-5 job.

Choose one thing: late night / early morning.

Sleeping early and waking up at 4 AM to build your business using your skills is excellent.

Or Take a power nap after coming from the office and build your business from 8 PM- 12 AM.

In 2009, when preparing for UPSC, I slept early in the evenings and woke up at 2 AM.

I also followed this routine during my class 12 examinations.

You cannot leave your job right now as there are commitments.

Do not leave that. Use that as your cushion till you build your side income.

So the best thing you can do now is to create something between 6- 9 AM.

    The 6-9 AM Revolution

The period between 6-9 AM is a goldmine of productivity that most people overlook.

In his book “The 5 AM Club,” Robin Sharma writes:

“The way you begin your day really does determine how you live your life. Own your morning. Elevate your life.”

Sharma argues that the quiet hours of early morning before the world wakes up and demands your attention, are the perfect time for focused, uninterrupted work on personal goals and side projects.

It is said that 2 hours of deep work equals 8 hours of shallow work.

    Transformation

Imagine waking up early at 4:30 AM and working to build your business or side income.

9 -5 P.m., you work to feed your kitchen and pay your bills.

6 – 9 AM feeds your passion and builds your side income.

In my coaching profit accelerator, I help people create online businesses starting at 4:30 am.

Building your online business with a fresh start to the day when you are fresh is always refreshing.

Transforming Your Mornings, Transforming Your Life

So, how can you reclaim these precious morning hours and transform your life? Here’s a step-by-step approach:

    1. Gradual Shift: Start by waking up at 4:15 AM
    2. Evening Preparation: Set out your clothes, prepare breakfast, and plan your morning tasks the night before. This reduces decision fatigue in the morning. C
    3. Create a Morning Ritual: Develop a consistent routine that energizes you. This could include meditation, exercise, or reading. In our coaching profit Accelerator, we do Affirmations and goal writing.
    4. Focus on High-Value Tasks: In the morning, I focus on four things only: Affirmation, goal writing, email writing, and writing 1000 words or more to keep my content ready.
    5. Use the Pomodoro Technique: Work in focused 25-minute intervals with short breaks to maintain high productivity.
    6. Track Your Progress: Track how you spend your morning hours and identify areas for improvement.
    7. Utilize the 6-9 AM timeframe for focused, uninterrupted work on personal goals and side projects.

Implementing these strategies can lead to remarkable transformations.

As James Clear writes in “Atomic Habits”:

“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”

By creating a system that prioritizes your most productive hours, you’re setting yourself up for long-term success in building your side income.

Procrastination But let’s be honest—changing your sleep schedule isn’t easy. You might think, “I’ll start tomorrow.”

“A year from now, you may wish you had started today.” – Karen Lamb

However, this procrastination comes at a high cost. Benjamin Franklin once said, “Lost time is never found again.”

Every morning you don’t utilize is a missed opportunity for growth and progress toward your side income goals.

Consider this statistic: People who use effective time management techniques are 500% more productive than those who don’t. That’s the difference between creating a thriving side business and remaining stuck in the cycle of unfulfilled potential.

“Success is not the result of making money; making money is the result of success—and success is in direct proportion to our service.” – Earl Nightingale.

7 Game Changing Secrets To Skyrocket Your Online Empire Today

Why do you want to start an online business?

You want to start an online business to have freedom and independence.

You have been working in your 9-5 PM for long.

Have you heard about it from someone, or are you enticed by so many digital entrepreneurs and YouTubers that you can create your own online business?

Global e-commerce sales are projected to reach $8 trillion by 2027, which in INR equals 8,00,000 Crores INR.

Even though the opportunity is significant, the path to online success remains more challenging for many.

You would have heard stories of overnight success becoming digital millionaires.

In reality, it may not be accurate.

Everyone is eyeing attention, so who gets the most attention standsout.

According to data, 20% of businesses only fail in the first year.

Let me not discourage you, but I want to highlight the importance of creating an online venture with a well-thought-out strategy.

The digital economy is continuously growing, and competition is increasing.

Consider this: 76% of Americans now buy products online.

    Why Online Presence

What your online presence can do for you?

What is it like if you do not have an online presence?

Simply waiting means you are delaying carving out your niche.

I remember Russel Bruson writing in his book “Expert secrets” for the first 100 pieces of you will suck because you are boring.

You can create your unique voice only after a few pieces of your content/videos.

People start to accept you and your unique voice and branding.

Seth Godin aptly puts it in his book “Purple Cow”:

“In a crowded marketplace, fitting in is failing. In a busy marketplace, not standing out is the same as being invisible.”

From the above quote, you must be different in the digital space.

If you are inactive, the cost is:

    1, Financial

    2. The cost of not building the brand.

A Strategic Approach to Online Business

Let me share a few steps you can adapt to get started.

    1. Identify Your Niche: Start by determining your area of expertise or passion. What unique value can you offer in the digital marketplace?

if you are not clear about your Niche, ask these questions to yourself:

    • What am I good at?
    • What do I love doing?
    • For what can I be paid for?
    • Which is the problem that I can solve uniquely in the market place.

    2. Conduct Market Research: Understand your target audience and their needs. Use tools like Google Trends or social media analytics to gauge interest in your niche. Find out what people are doing in your Niche/domain. What kind of products are they creating/selling? What is their funnel to get an audience and sell to them?

    3. Develop a Business Plan: Outline your business model, financial projections, and marketing strategy. This will serve as your roadmap. The business plan here does not need to be elaborate; it can be simple.

    4. Build Your Online Presence: Create a professional website and establish your brand on relevant social media platforms. Remember, 75% of consumers check out a business online before visiting in person.

    5. Create Valuable Content: Engage your audience with high-quality, relevant content. This could be blog posts, videos, podcasts, or social media updates.

    6. Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Utilize SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising to reach your target audience.

    7. Offer Customer Service: In the digital world, word-of-mouth travels fast. Ensure your customers have a positive experience with your brand.

You can generate income for yourself and value for your customers.

Pat Flynn has detailed this in his book “Will It Fly?” He has shared a story

Pat Flynn is an online Business entrepreneur who lost his job during the 2008 recession.

He turned his misfortune into an opportunity by creating a study guide for the architecture exam.

This venture replaced his income and eventually led to a multi-million-dollar online business empire.

Let’s take Pat Flynn’s experience as an example. Success in the digital economy often comes from identifying a problem and providing a valuable solution.

    He writes:

“The riches are in the niches. The more specific you can get with the audience you’re serving and the problem you’re solving, the easier it will be for you to create a solution that works and market that solution to them.”

You are not starting things because of your fear of making mistakes.

The perceived failure in your mind impacts you in a big way.

As a creator, you are afraid of making mistakes.

You want everything to be just perfect because your name is at stake.

You have a habit of doing everything with perfectionism.

This simple fear is holding you back.

Fear of failure is widespread among creators and entrepreneurs.

In the Journal of Business Venturing, 33 percent of aspiring entrepreneurs cited fear of failure as the main reason for not starting a business.

As a content creator or digital professional, this can make you a perfectionist, a procrastinator, and reluctant to take risks and try new things.

Every day when you are working on the job, you believe, “Let me be out of this job,” but fear keeps you at bay.

You do not want to try. You do not want to risk.

You do not want to risk your reputation.

You do not want to risk-bearing failure on your head.

    You want 100% sure results.

You have so high expectations of yourself that you believe you cannot fulfill them.

    Why?

Because they expected you to be a “Superman.” The real you is a “procrastinator, loser, and non-action taker.”

You do not want to see the accurate picture but keep yourself engaged.

You are engaged in meetings in the office.

    You are engaged in work.

You are engaged in parties during weekends.

You are engaged in activities with your family.

    You do not like yourself.

When you were looking for your first job.

Did you have this attitude about yourself?

    Were you perfect?

    Were you a “superhuman?”

    When did it develop, then?

It developed during your working life. When you started working and continued working for a few years, you developed an image of yourself.

    The image of accomplishments.

The image of a go-getter, action-taker, Mr and Miss Perfectionist.

You lived up to your expectations.

The moment you started the journey of the creator, things changed.

Now you think, What happened to me?

    Is this the same me?

Is this the same as “Ashish,” who was a Superman?

Fear grips you, and you are back to your routine.

A study by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor found that countries with higher levels of fear of failure had lower rates of entrepreneurial activity. [Global Entrepreneurship Monitor. (2021). 2020/2021 Global Report]

You missed many opportunities and faced stagnation in your career and business.

You wanted you should not make mistakes but

    1. You missed opportunities for growth and innovation.
    2. Every day, new creators are emerging and becoming your competitors.
    3. The time that elapsed, you diminished your confidence and self-doubt.
    4. You have settled for mediocrity.
    5. You regret untapped potential.

As author Elizabeth Gilbert writes in her book “Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear“:

“You’re afraid you have no talent. You’re afraid you’ll be rejected or criticized or ridiculed or misunderstood or—worst of all—ignored. You’re afraid there’s no market for your creativity, and therefore no point in pursuing it. You’re afraid somebody else already did it better. You’re afraid everybody else already did it better.”

    1. Failure is a Teacher

Failure is an essential part of the creative and entrepreneurial process.

As Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn, famously said: “If you’re not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you’ve launched too late.”

Have the mindset shift with the following questions?

    1. Is failure ordinary and necessary for growth?
    2. Have you set up small, achievable goals?
    3. Do you celebrate your efforts?
    4. Do you learn from your mistakes?
    5. Do you surround yourself with supportive peers?

    2. Embrace Imperfection To Embrace Transformation

Imperfection and mistakes can unlock your creative potential and help you move forward with success in the digital economy.

In “The Lean Startup,” Eric Ries shares a powerful anecdote about the power of rapid iteration and learning from failure: At IMVU, we once debated for weeks about whether a particular feature should be designed to work one way or another. We were passionate about getting it right. We had a lot of arguments and generated a lot of heat. Yet when we put the product in customers’ hands, they couldn’t figure out how to use it at all. All of our arguments were irrelevant; we had been making decisions based on assumptions that were simply wrong.”

So whatever you are thinking now is just a waste of time.

The customer is the real judge. Your work is to create. You may be tapped into perfectionism, whereas the results lie in action.

    3. The 5-Step Process of Fearless Creation

    Let’s understand the roadmap.

    1. Do some mindset exercises to find failure as positive.
    2. Set micro-achievable goals.
    3. Do the iteration.
    4. Take and implement feedback.
    5. Be in the zone of a supportive community.

    4. Take the First Step

The first step is acknowledging fear and making it part of your life.

Every great creator and entrepreneur faces fear and failure.

    The difference is in response.

Do you want fear to hold you back?

Or will you use fear as a catalyst for growth and innovation?

    Take the first step.

Are you ready to overcome your fear of mistakes and unleash your creative potential in the digital economy? The first step is acknowledging your fear and committing to change.

Remember, every great creator and entrepreneur has faced fear and failure. The difference is in how they respond to it. Will you let fear hold you back, or will you embrace it as a catalyst for growth and innovation?

The choice is yours. Take the first step today.

You go to the job and earn money.

As a creator, you are not paid for your job time.

It doesn’t matter whether you are on social media for 8 hours. You can be on social media for 8 hours without getting paid.

But as a creator, you’re entering a different economic paradigm. The creator economy, valued at over $100 billion in 2022, operates on principles that may initially seem counterintuitive.

In a traditional job, you would spend 8 hours scrolling social media and get a full day’s pay.

In the creator economy, you will have zero income.

Time invested = Money is not there in the creator economy.

The Harsh Reality of Creation Without Creativity

Many creators believe that only being can help them.

You might think that having your presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Medium, and Meta might help you and you be productive.

Many creators believe being active on social media = creating value.

You can post content the whole day and earn zero dollars.

Do you see that? You invested time, energy, and hope into your online presence, but your bank account is not finding results.

Others are growing and succeeding, but you struggle to gain traction.

The Two-Piece Puzzle: Creation and Creativity

    What is the solution?

Let me first share the currency of the creator economy.

The currency of the creator economy is creation and creativity.

As Seth Godin, renowned author and entrepreneur, states in his book “The Practice“, “The creator’s job is to make change happen. And the first change that has to happen is in the creator.”

If you reread the above quote, it says, “The first change that has to happen is in the creator.”

    What is that change?

That change is focusing on giving rather than receiving.

    Value creation = value received.

It is the change that you create in yourself and your audience.

Let’s break down the two crucial elements:

    1. Creation: The act of producing content, products, or services.
    2. Creativity: The unique perspective, insights, and solutions you bring to your creations.

The Power of Impact at Scale

When you combine creation and creativity, there is exponential impact.

    You create impact through:

    1. A one on one coaching session
    2. A social media post that helped many take action / change their mindset.
    3. A video that helps millions.

Look at it now fundamentally. In your job, you are connected to a few entities. Your impact is on a few, perhaps a few hundred or thousands if you are the top boss.

In the creator economy, your earning potential equals the scale of your impact.

A study by SignalFire found that the top 1% of Twitch streamers earn 50% of the platform’s revenue.

    Are they working more hours?

No. They have just mastered creating engaging, creative content that resonates with a large audience.

Transforming Your Approach: From Time to Value

Move from trading time for money to creating value through creativity.

    Here is the step-by-step solution:

    1. Identify your unique perspective: What is unique about your insights that you can share with other people?
    2. Focus on problem-solving: What challenges does your audience face that you can address?
    3. Develop your creative skills—learn, learn, learn. Learn new techniques and concepts to improve your content.
    4. Create consistently: A routine makes you creative because you are on the job of creation, whether paid or unpaid.
    5. Measure your impact: Keep tracking your engagement, reach, and conversions, not the time spent.

    The Creativity Compound Effect

In his book, “Atomic Habits,” James Clear discusses the compound effect of small, consistent actions. This principle applies perfectly to creativity in the creator economy. Each creative act builds upon the last, gradually increasing your impact and, consequently, your earning potential.

My Friend Ratish Jha focuses a lot on this.

    Compounding happens everywhere.

When I started a new YouTube channel, I added ten subscribers. Then, in a month, there were 100. By the next month, there should have been 200. Actually, it became 600.

Here’s a paragraph from Clear’s book that resonates deeply with the creator’s journey:

“You should be far more concerned with your current trajectory than your current results. Your outcomes are a lagging measure of your habits. Your net worth is a lagging measure of your financial habits. Your weight is a lagging measure of your eating habits. Your knowledge is a lagging measure of your learning habits. Your clutter is a lagging measure of your cleaning habits. You get what you repeat.”

As a creator, your income is a lagging measure of your creative habits. The key is to consistently develop those habits, trusting that the results will follow.

    Embracing the Creator’s Path

It is not easy if you see your transition from a time-based mindset to a value-based mindset.

It requires your persistence and willingness.

    Potential rewards are enormous.

If you impact one person, you make x amount of money.

If you invest 100kx, you will make 100k multiplied by x amount of money.

The growth is never linear here.

It is no job; it is your potential. The rewards are immense.

In the creator economy, your earning potential is limited only by your creativity and the value you provide to your audience.

As your Digital Economics Coach, I invite you to embrace this new paradigm. Stop counting the hours you spend online and start measuring the impact of your creations. Focus on solving problems, sharing unique insights, and consistently delivering value to your audience.

Don’t let another day go by trading time for pennies. Start creating value and watch your impact and income grow exponentially.

I have personally used teachable.com and have paid $59 a month for a few months, but the minimum $59 a month when you are starting out can be on the higher side.

I would like to be on the platform where the monthly commitment is low.

Currently, the platform offers an annual subscription for Rs. 19,999, which translates to $239 per annum. This breaks down to a monthly cost of $19. If you get a special deal for 3 years, the monthly price comes down to $6.6 per month. Where exactly will you find this kind of deal with world-class LMS?

Only one negative point I see with graphy.com is 10% revenue share per sale on the Launch plan and 5% revenue share per sale on the Rise plan.

If you choose the Emerging creators program, you will be able to go away with this revenue sharing model. Teachable is also charging a 5% transaction fee for a $59 a month plan. Thinkfic has a 0 percent transaction fee.

How One Take AI-Enabled Video Production Saves Time

One Take AI image created by Dr Ashish juneja using canva

If the mere thought of video editing makes you break out in a cold sweat, you’re not alone. But what if there was an easy Video editing AI solution that could turn raw footage into polished, share-worthy videos with practically zero effort?

Enter the revolutionary tool that’s all about simplifying the video editing AI process. By far I have seen so many pieces of software but this ai-enabled video production is class apart.

For long, I have been creating content for various social media so that it can bring visibility to me. The only thing that stops me from creating a lot of content is editing.

Although I am not an amazing fan of editing, looking at the videos of others makes me feel inferior. There is always an inferiority complex when it comes to videos of others.

I even tried giving the video editing work to people on Upwork and Fiverr, but it did not work out well.

I came across this tool on an online marketplace called AppSumo. I have my tools in a pack from this online marketplace where I can find lifetime deals. Here Solopreneneurs like me or people with small teams bring their tools and resources to share with others and get their initial set of customers.

Are you interested in learning about this amazing tool?

    Let’s get started

    AI-Enabled Video Production

    • AI-Powered Cleanup: Say goodbye to “ums,” awkward pauses, and distracting background sounds. OneTake cleans up your audio like a pro.
    • Automatic Editing Wizardry: With a single click, OneTake adds smooth transitions, eye-catching text overlays, and even background music if you choose – giving your videos an instant professional upgrade.
    • Subtitles and Translations: Reach a global audience by easily adding subtitles and translating your videos into multiple languages.

My “Aha!” Moment with Video editing AI

I used to spend HOURS editing a simple talking-head video. With OneTake, I had a finished product ready to share in minutes. Sure, I make minor tweaks sometimes, but the time savings alone made it a game-changer. Even better, the quality boost meant more engagement and new followers!

    • Course instructors who want engaging video lessons quickly.

If you’re nodding along, there’s a good chance this tool is a great fit. But what about those “what-ifs?”

    • “The price seems steep…” Think about how much your time is worth, and how better videos could impact your business.
    • “I’m worried about a learning curve…” the tool is remarkably intuitive. Plus, their support team is helpful if you do get stuck.

OneTake AI -Enabled Video Production vs Vimeo

  • Why Being Resourceful Is The Greatest Asset

Why Being Resourceful Is The Greatest Asset

The path to being resourceful and “I am Self Made” is the journey where you face challenges get stuck, and there is no going back. You hit the problem hard, overcome it and declare to the world, “Here I am” bigger, better, louder with a bang.

Hey, this is Ashish, and I want to welcome you to my world “officially.”
About five years ago, in 2014, I started my Entrepreneurial Journey when I was working in a management Institute. Three months of my Salary was due. Day in and day out, I was thinking, “how will I manage my life? How will I manage my family?”

My newborn Son, Mukund, was just nine months old. Every day I came home and said to myself… “Is this the life I will give to my family?” “Am I prepared for this?”

    Long story… short…

I was struggling, and nothing was working out. I started sending my resume to many institutions left and right, but nothing was working out. With a colleague of mine, I had sent proposals for counseling to many Institutes, but nothing worked.

One day I asked my distant friend, “Can you help me get a job in your place?”

He said, “send me your resume and connect with me tomorrow.” I called him the next day, but the answer was nothing new, “there are no opportunities.”

Then he said, “Can you join me?”

I asked him, “What will I do?”

He said, “whatever I am doing.”

That was the turning point in life — my aha moment where I came to know about the power of Entrepreneurship. That is what an Entrepreneur is and his capacity to help and make money for him. Enquiring further, I came to know about selling the Franchisee of the Institute he was running. One sale was equivalent to $500 Value, 35000 INR, and two sales $1000, 70000 INR value. What a brilliant idea!

    1*obYxHv4h0LwVY8QtoK2cIg

    Wait

What if I take the franchisee?

“Three months of my Salary is already due — some amount I will take from Savings. The Franchisee cost is just $1000, and other expenditures will total to $2000–140000 INR. What if I take the franchisee?” Looking at the cost and revenue analysis, it is a brilliant idea to move from being an employee to become an employer.

So, finally, I took a franchisee of the Institute. Starting up a coaching business, and this experience of mine became my obsession. I looked for many things to fuel my passion and look for all opportunities, and I became a student of “Resourcefulness.” I ventured into other activities where I test and try stuff out. Miracle Life and Mindset Coaching is where I share what I’ve learned.

    1*NyC1BVNPnbQFonVkfgUNRQ
Photo by Nik MacMillan on Unsplash

The story is not yet over. Within 15 days of starting up the Venture, while I was on the job with the Institute, my employer called me, and we had a long discussion.

He said, “Ashish. A job is a 24 hours job. Notionally you are there for 8 hours only. Now, as you have opened up your venture, decide. Decide whether you want to be with us or you want to be fully there in your venture.”

I was sitting in front of him on a Sunday afternoon, hearing and realizing all that he said. Now the only decision was to take it or leave it. And I left it. I became jobless.

This was the start of my entrepreneurial journey. The journey of being “self-made.” The mission of being resourceful. The trip where you care every month about the employee’s bills and salaries. The journey of sitting in an office extra hour without thinking about how much I will be paid extra. The mission of no compensatory off. The journey of no fixed salary at the end of the month. The journey of being alone and trailing your path. The journey of conquering new and new challenges.

Since 2014 the challenges are new, and life is not a straight line. There are no ups only but downs also, and that’s what life is. But the only thing that has created miracles in my life is “being resourceful.”

    “How did I get here?”

    1*itpAdE6O7ldkLqBqvW2ZTA
Photo by Startup Stock Photos from Pexels

I was sitting in my office two years ago (2017), feeling a little confused that after everything, it would all end here like this. I had been blindly following the physical coaching business and every other thing for almost ten years, moving towards one goal, only to find out that the whole thing was a lie.

It would change someday…. Jobs are reducing, and the world is going totally digital.

I looked to the left, and I moved to the right….and I felt many are in the same situation as me. They only have smiles on their faces. Didn’t they know what changes are happening in the Industry?

It was Saturday, 30th September 2017. It was the day when I was having the lowest business of the month. “You need to build a business so that you can make a fortune.” Sure, there are a lot of celebrations whenever you start something new, but what about when that original is no more fresh and new.
Sometimes we get the chance to meet the “Challenge and Change.”

For many people who worked with me on jobs, they are still doing the job. Some others have had their business. The claims of business and sometimes a job can’t pay enough. When I looked around for people, it confused me. For me three years ago, I figured out a way to convert a situation into your favor.

Miracle Mindset was how helped me move from Job to BUSINESS, from earning $500 a month to generate monthly annual revenue of $8000 for my business in 2014. Disclaimer — not that consistent since then and has reduced sharply to the lowest of my journey because of various external factors. That’s what a business is and dependent on.

I was sitting in my office. Doing the maths and trying to figure out how much college professors make per day and month.

I assumed they would make something around 500 dollars to 24 thousand dollars per year (May below may be high). As I was an Assistant Professor for ten years, so did the maths. Then I came across the article “People making $1000 a day” approx — 70000 INR. Here we are working for 1000–$2000 a month and people are making $1000 a day. I thought that was awesome.

I was still doing the math, $1000 per day…. $30000 per month, and $360000 a year! But the craziest part is the person only spent a few hours/ day on developing a digital product, That’s it. The creator just created the product once and got paid for it repeatedly!

That’s when I realized, and I do not want to sell things the usual way I was doing in Physical Coaching and as Assistant Professor…. I want to trade like digital Earners. And so that’s what I did. Focusing on selling mine and other people’s products, I generated the Income that was repeatable and recurring.

I did all by focusing on ONE thing….

I am selling my knowledge the right way! When I first became an “Affiliate,” I was concerned because I did not have any credentials, degrees, or anything…. I just knew what I realized, and practices worked, and I want to share it. But what caught me off guard was how helping people get what they want in life changed the quality of my life.

Sure, I made money, BUT… each person I helped opened up new doors for me. But the real hidden benefit has been the fulfillment I get, when I see someone else change his or her life. And that is what this business is about for me. I’m guessing if you’re here, then it is probably the same thing for you Am I right?

    1*IkTNl4vtolgTaWviajLXeg

The story doesn’t end there, and my business journey has been ever-evolving.
I am continuing with the real coaching business but going more and more digital.

In 2018 my wife said to me, “keep doing your physical business and keep working on your digital coachings and integrate them.” That was another aha moment.

    1*r0ZNCLhFb3aii2RRIf6IOw

There have been many difficulties, and life will never be up only for anyone, but I know I have to be resourceful.

In 2017, I restarted all learnings of Personal Development and Digital Business skills. It’s been a hidden desire to keep up the momentum and remain independent and inspired.

Being Resourceful with Miracle Mindset, you can transform your life. Finding a mentor, Coach, reading the books, and self-help resources for your problem can help you grow. Having been mentored by Dr. Joe Vitale, Dr. Steve Jones, and many others, I feel new challenges would come up each day, but you have to become resourceful. Be, and there is no other option. I recommend finding a mentor or coach who you resonate with and trust and getting someone-on-one on one help (or at least get it in a group setting).

Is this a question in your mind?

You do not need Certificates to teach that; you know.

Which is the most expensive thing in the world? Is it Gold or Platinum?

    It is your knowledge.

Assume, you are an artist making paintings. How much you can charge?

The amount you can charge depends upon the creative ability of yours and your painting to create a perception in the eyes of the buyers.

Can you see it? The moment you move from being a consumer to a creator, you become valuable in the marketplace.

For example, — You could share valuable knowledge with the people about cooking or maybe social media marketing or digital marketing, etc.

It doesn’t matter in which Industry you are. What matters is your skill in one specific topic or the Industry.

How this business model run is basically on the premise of creating a community or the products around the topic.

You could sell your eBooks, courses, and subscriptions, etc.

Let us talk about why is this profitable?

The first step to transformation is awareness.

If you do not know what is the ideal weight based on your BMI (Body Mass Index) then setting up any goal is a waste of time.

    The first step is awareness.

Know what is the ideal weight, and what is your weight now. The difference is the goal that you have to achieve.

List down all the topics you are skilled in.

    Write your life journey.

Understand from your life what is that you came across and transformed as a person.

Is there someone out there looking to live a life like you?

Is there someone who wants the shortcut to achieve the level that you have made? What does your customer want?
